Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車室(15)と、少なくとも部分的に車室(15)で形成されている活動流 体(4)の流入範囲(3)と、冷却流体(5)の導入路(8)と、車室(15) 内に配置され主軸線(2)に沿って延びる動翼支持体(11)と、流入範囲(3 )に配置され動翼支持体(11)を活動流体(4)からしゃ蔽する働きをするし ゃ蔽要素(19)とを備え、このしゃ蔽要素(19)がサポート(22)によっ て車室(15)に固定され、このサポート(22)を貫通して冷却流体導入路( 8)が導かれているタービン機械(1)、特に蒸気タービン。 2.冷却流体導入路が車室(15)において少なくとも部分的に流入範囲(3) の周囲にそれを冷却するために導かれている請求項1記載のタービン機械(1) 。 3.サポート(22)が第1段目の静翼(6)として形成されている請求項1又 は2記載のタービン機械(1)。 4.サポート(22)が冷却流体導入路(8)に接続され流入範囲(3)に開口 している少なくとも一つの分岐管(23)を有している請求項1ないし3の1つ に記載のタービン機械(1)。 5.しゃ蔽要素(19)に、冷却流体導入路(8)に接続され流入範囲(3)に 開口している少なくとも一つの分岐管(24)が設けられている請求項1ないし 4のいずれか1つに記載のタービン機械(1)。 6.しゃ蔽要素(19)と動翼支持体(11)との間に、冷却流体導入路(8) が開口している中間室(9)が形成されている請求項1ないし5の1つに記載の タービン機械(1)。 7.冷却流体管(13)が中間室(9)から動翼支持体(11)の中に導かれて いる請求項6記載のタービン機械(1)。 8.動翼支持体(11)がタイロッド(28)で互いに結合された少なくとも二 つのタービン円板(29)を有し、冷却流体管(13)がタービン円板(29) とタイロッド(28)との間の環状空間(27)に開口している請求項1ないし 7の1つに記載のタービン機械(1)。 9.しゃ蔽要素(19)が流体を分割するため及び/又は主軸線(2)の方向に 転向するために形成されている請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のタービ ン機械(1)。 10.車室(15)と、少なくとも部分的に車室(15)で形成されている活動 流体(4)の流入範囲(3)と、車室(15)を流入範囲(3)の周囲において 冷却するための車室(15)における冷却流体(5)の導入路(8)とを備えて いるタービン機械(1)、特に蒸気タービン。 11.冷却流体導入路(8)に接続され動翼(7)に対向して位置する車室部位 (25)あるいは静翼(6a)に対向して位置する動翼支持体部位(26)に開 口している少なくとも一つのしゃ断流体菅(14)が設けられている請求項1な いし10の1つに記載のタービン機械(1)。 12.双流形中圧蒸気タービン(15)である請求項1ないし11の1つに記載 のタービン機械(1)。 13.タービン機械(1)、特に蒸気タービンの少なくとも部分的に車室(15 )によって形成されている流入範囲(3)に隣接する少なくとも一つの構成要素 の冷却方法において、冷却流体(5)、特に冷却空気あるいはプロセス蒸気が、 特に流入範囲(3)の周囲において車室(5)を通って、車室(15)内に配置 された動翼保持体(11)の熱負荷を軽減するためのしゃ蔽要素(19)に導入 されるタービン機械(1)の冷却方法。
