Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ベーンポンプであって、複数の羽根を受け入れるロータと、前記ロータを 密封するように圧力を加える2枚の圧力プレート(17)とを備え、前記プレー トの1方は前記ベーンポンプの送出し側に配置され、他方が対抗側に配置されて おり、さらに、前記複数の羽根を囲み2つの吸引および吐出領域を形成するカム リングとを備え、前記2枚の圧力プレートの少なくとも1方は、吐出領域と羽根 下領域の間の流体連通を形成する入口および出口オリフィス(53、59、62 a、b)を備え、前記送出し側の反対側の前記圧力プレート(17.2)はオリ フィスを含み、前記オリフィスは吐出領域と前記圧力プレート(17.2)によ り部分的に定められた圧力空間(61)の間で流体を連通させ、他の吐出量域か ら前記圧力空間(61)を密封することを特徴とする前記ベーンポンプ。 2. 前記送出し側の反対側の圧力プレート(17.2)の流体接続部の少なく とも1つには通過領域があり、この通過領域は対抗圧力プレート(17.1)の 出口オリフィスの通過領域の1/3より小さい請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。 3. 前記送出し側の反対側の圧力プレート(17.2)は通風ダクトを備え、 前記通風ダクトは、ベーンポンプ装備位置より高い位置にあり、前記圧縮空間( 61)を他の吐出領域に接続し、さらに前記圧力プレートは、前記ダクトが粘着 度の高い冷たい流体への高液圧抵抗をもつように形成されている請求項1または 2に記載のベーンポンプ。 4. 前記送出し側の反対側の圧力プレート(17.2)には複数のオリフィス (59、63)が備えられており、前記複数のオリフィスは吐出領域と少なくと も1つの羽根下領域の間で流体を連通させ、同時に、前記圧力空間(61)に流 体を連通させる請求項1、2または3に記載のベーンポンプ。 5. 送出し側圧力プレート(17.1)には複数のオリフィスが備えられ、前 記複数のオリフィスは前記吐出領域と少なくとも1つの羽根下領域の間で流体を 連通させ、前記送出し側の反対側の圧力プレート(17.2)が前記羽根下領域 から前記圧力空間を密封する請求項1、2または3に記載のベーンポンプ。 6. 前記装備位置より高い位置にある前記吐出領域が前記圧力空間(61)に 流体連通している請求項4または5に記載のベーンポンプ。 7. 前記装備位置より低い位置にある前記吐出領域が前記圧力空間(61)に 流体連通している請求項4または5に記載のベーンポンプ。 8. 前記2つの吐出領域は前記圧力空間(61)に流体連通され、前記送出し 側の反対側の圧力プレート(17.2)の接続部が、冷たい流体に対する前記2 つの液圧抵抗の和が流体流が防げるような値になるように設計されている請求項 1、2または3に記載のベーンポンプ。 9. 前記送出し側の反対側の前記圧力プレート(17.2)の側に、ウエブ( 77)がケーシングおよび/または圧力プレートに備えられ、前記ウエブは高液 圧抵抗をうみだして、前記2つの吐出領域間の短絡を防ぐ請求項8に記載のベー ンポンプ。
