Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.羽根(13)を有する羽根車(10)を収容するために媒体の流通する空 間(2)を有するハウジング(1)を含み、その際、羽根車(10)が、軸(1 1)を収容する中心穴(15)を備えた支持部材(12)を有する、媒体、例え ば液体又はガスの流速を判定する装置において、 支持部材(12)が、軸(1 1)の範囲に、支持部材(12)における中心穴(15)に対して半径方向に延 びた少なくとも1つの開口(12a)を有することを特徴とする、媒体、例えば 液体又はガスの流速を判定する装置。 2.軸(11)を支持するために支持部材(19)内にスラスト軸受が設けら れていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.軸(11)が、支持部材(12)において少なくとも1つの、なるべく2 つのラジアル軸受(17,18)によって支持されていることを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の装置。 4.軸(11)が、支持部材(12)において半径方向遊びをもって支持され ていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 5.羽根(13)が、弧の様式にしたがって形成されていることを特徴とする 、前記請求項の1つに記載の装置。 6.弧の様式にしたがって形成された2つの羽根(13)が、支持部材(12 )の周に互いに十字状に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装 置。 7.羽根車(10)の羽根(13)の交差点が、流れの方向(矢印50)に見 て、スラスト軸受(19)から間隔(矢印80)を置いて支持部材(12)上に 配置されていることを特徴とする、前記請求項の1つに記載の装置。 8.羽根(13)が、支持部材(12)の主要部分にわたって延びていること を特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。 9.羽根(13)が、ほぼ45°の迎え角を有することを特徴とする、前記請 求項の1つに記載の装置。 10.支持部材(12)が、流れの方向(矢印50)に見て、スラスト軸受の 前に少なくとも1つのパルス発生器(60)を有し、このパルス発生器が、羽根 車(10)の回転速度を検出するためにハウジング(1)内に配置されたパルス ピックアップ(70)と共同動作することを特徴とする、前記請求項の1つに記 載の装置。 11.支持部材(12)が、支持部材(12)上に配置された羽根(13)の 長さを著しく越えて軸線方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の 装置。 12.流れの方向に見て、支持部材(12)の前に、空間(2)内の乱流を均 一化し又は整列するために、前側穴あき板(31)が配置されていることを特徴 とする、前記請求項の1つに記載の装置。 13.前側穴あき板(31)が、軸(11)上における支持部材(12)の軸 線方向遊びを制限するために、支持部材(12)に向けられた心棒に似た突起( 35)を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。 14.流れの方向(矢印50)に見て、支持部材(12)の後に後側穴あき板 (21)が設けられていることを特徴とする、前記請求項の1つに記載の装置。 15.支持部材(12)のための軸(11)が、後側穴あき板(21)の中心 に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。 16.支持部材(12)が、円筒形に形成されていることを特徴とする、前記 請求項の1つに記載の装置。
