- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.共触媒により活性化し得る有機金属触媒の存在下においてバルク、溶液、ス ラリーまたはガス相中でC2〜C8−α−オレフィン、開鎖の、一環式及び/また は多環式C4〜C15−ジオレフィン、モノ−またはジハロゲン化されたジオレフ ィン、ビニルエステル、(メタ)アクリレート並びにスチレンよりなる群からの 単量体の(共)重合により飽和もしくは不飽和のエラストマーを製造する際に、 有機金属触媒として式 式中、CpI及びCpIIはシクロペンタジエニル−含有構造を有する2種 の同一もしくは相異なるカルボアニオンであり、ここに1個から全てのH原子は ハロゲンで1置換から完全に置換されるか、フェニルで1〜3置換されるか、或 いはビニル、C6〜C12−アリール、炭素原子6〜12個を有するハロゲノアリ ール、有機金属置換基例えばシリル、トリメチルシリルまたはフェロセニルで1 〜3置換されることができる直鎖状もしくは分枝鎖状のC1〜C20−アルキルよ りなる群からの同一もしくは相異なる基で置換されることができ、そして1また は2個はD及びAで置換されることができ、Dは加えて置換基を持つことができ 、そしてその特殊な結合状態において少なくとも1個の遊離電子対を有するドナ ー原子を表し、Aは加えて置換基を持つことができ、そしてその特殊な結合状態 に おいて1個の電子対ギャップを有するアクセプター原子を表し、ここに D及びAはドナー基が正の(部分)電荷を受け持ち、そしてアクセプター基 が負の(部分)電荷を受け持つように逆の配位結合により結合され、 Mはランタニド及びアクチニドを含む元素の周期表(メンデレーフ)のII I、IV、VまたはVI亜族の遷移金属を表し、 Xは1種の陰イオン等価物を表し、そして nはMの電荷に依存して0、1、2、3または4の数を表す、のメタロセン 化合物、或いは式 式中、πI及びπIIは1または2種の不飽和もしくは飽和の5または6員 環と融合し得る異なる電荷または電気的に中性のπ系を表し、 DはπIまたはπIのπ系の部分の置換基であり、そしてその特殊な結合状 態における少なくとも1個の自由電子対を有するドナー原子を表し、 AはπIIまたはπIIのπ系の部分の置換基であり、そしてその特殊な結 合状態における1個の電子対ギャップを有するアクセプタ ー原子を表し、ここに D及びAはドナー基が正の(部分)電荷を受け持ち、そしてアクセプター基が負 の(部分)電荷を受け持つように逆の配位結合により結合され、そしてここにD 及びAの少なくとも1個は特殊な結合されたπ系の部分であり、ここに D及びAはまた置換基を持つことができ、ここに 各々のπ系及び各々の融合された環系は1種またはそれ以上のDまたはA或いは D及びAを含むことができ、そしてここに 非融合または融合状態におけるπI及びπIIにおいて、π系の1個から全ての H原子は相互に独立してハロゲンで1置換から完全に置換されるか、フェニルで 1〜3置換されるか、或いはビニル、C6〜C12−アリール、炭素原子6〜12 個を有するハロゲノアリール、有機金属置換基例えばシリル、トリメチルシリル またはフェロセニルで1〜3置換されることができる直鎖状もしくは分枝鎖状の C1〜C20−アルキルよりなる群からの同一もしくは相異なる基で置換されるこ とができるか、或いは1または2個は逆配位D→A結合が(i)特殊なπ系また は融合された環系の両方の部分であるD及びA間で生じるか、(ii)Dまたは Aがπ系の部分であり、そして各々の場合に非融合π系または融合環系の置換基 であるか、或いは(iii)D及びAの両方がかかる置換基であり、ここに(i ii)の場合に少なくとも1個の追加のDもしくはAまたは両方がπ系または融 合された環系の部分であるようにD及びAで置換されることができ、 M及びXは上記の意味を有し、そして nはM並びにπ−I及びπ−IIの電荷に依存して0、1、2、3または4 の数を表す、 のπ錯体化合物、または殊にメタロセン化合物を用いることからなる、飽和もし くは不飽和のエラストマーの製造方法。 2.触媒としてメタロセン化合物またはπ錯体化合物をメタロセン化合物または π錯体化合物1モル当たり単量体101〜1012モルの量で用いる、請求の範囲 第1項記載の方法。 3.溶媒が存在する場合、飽和及び芳香族炭化水素または飽和もしくは芳香族ハ ロゲノ−炭化水素よりなる群からのものを用いる、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法 。 4.メタロセン化合物において、カルボアニオンCpI及びCpIIまたはπ系 πIがシクロペンタジエン、置換されたシクロペンタジエン、インデン、置換さ れたインデン、フルオレン及び置換されたフルオレンよりなる群からのシクロペ ンタジエニル骨格を表し、ここにC1〜C20−アルキル、C1〜C20−アルコキシ 、ハロゲン、C6〜C12−アリール、ハロゲノフェニル、請求の範囲第1項記載 の意味の範囲を有するD及びAよりなる群からの置換基1〜4個がシクロペンタ ジエンまたは融合されたベンゼン環1個当たりに存在し、その際に融合された芳 香族環が部分的にか、または完全に水素化されることができる、請求の範囲第1 項記載の方法。 5.メタロセン化合物において、ドナー原子DとしてN、P、As、Sb、Bi 、O、S、Se、Te、F、Cl、Br及びI好ましくはN、P、O及びSより なる群からの元素が存在する、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 6.メタロセン化合物において、アクセプター原子AとしてB、Al、Ga、I n及びTl好ましくはB、Al及びGaよりなる群からの元素が存在する、請求 の範囲第1項記載の方法。 7.メタロセン化合物またはπ錯体化合物において、 よりなる群からのドナー−アクセプター架橋が存在する、請求の範囲第1項記載 の方法。 8.メタロセン化合物において、MがSc、Y、La、Sm、Nd、Lu、Ti 、Zr、Hf、Th、V、Nb、TaまたはCr、好ましくはTi、Zr、Hf 、V、NbまたはTaを表す、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 9.触媒系としてメタロセン化合物またはπ錯体化合物をアルミノオキサン、ボ ランまたはボレート並びに適当ならば更に共触媒及び/または金属−アルキルと 一緒に用いる、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 10.自己活性化した請求の範囲第1項記載のメタロセン化合物またはπ錯体化 合物の再配列生成物を用い、ここにD/A結合の開裂後に、アクセプター原子A がX配位子に結合して両イオン性メタロセン錯体構造またはπ錯体構造を形成し 、ここに正の電荷が遷移金属Mに発生し、そして負の電荷がアクセプター原子A に発生し、そして更にX配位子がHまたは置換もしくは未置換の炭素を表し、そ の遷移金属Mに対する結合においてオレフィン挿入が重合に対して起こり、好ま しくは2個のX配位子がキレート配位子に結合する、請求の範囲第1項記載の方 法。 11.原子DまたはAの1個が結合されたπ系の環の部分であり、好ま しくはDが結合されたπ系の環の部分である請求の範囲第1項記載のπ錯体化合 物を用いる、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 12.式(XI)または(XIa)のイオン化剤と式(I)または(XIII) によるメタロセン化合物またはπ錯体との反応生成物 式中、Anionは完全な嵩高い、乏しい配位性の陰イオンを表し、そしてBase はルイス塩基を表す、 を用いる、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 13.EPM、エチレン/酢酸ビニル、a−PP及びEPDMの製造を目的とす る、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
