例えばM.Gervais,B.Gallotの刊行物”Makromol. M.Gervais, B.GallotによりMakromol. しかしながら雑誌Rubber chemistry and tec hnology第49巻、第303頁(1976)の“Synthesis a nd properties of uniform polyisopren e networks. モノマーa、a’、a”およびb、b’、b”等について本発明は上記の例に 限定されない。 リチウム塩をポリマーA(OH)あるいはA(H)−OHから分離するために 、A(OH)またはA(H)−OHを沈殿させてもよい。 表1において、 PIはOH−末端官能化ポリイソプレンを意味し、 type block copolymer according to claim 1, and an AB type block copolymer and AB type synthesized by this method. It relates to micelle structures made from block copolymers. According to the prior art, AB-type block polymers in which block A contains monomer units which are conjugated dienes, for example 1,3-diene, and block B contains monomer units b in which they are epoxides, are already known. Such polymers form microphase-separated systems as solids because of the incompatibility of blocks A and B and have a micellar structure in most solvents (= blocks A and B are opposite in polar and non-polar solvents). Which shows the dissolution behavior of For example, M. Gervais, B .; According to the Gallot publications “Makromol. Chem 178”, 1577, (1977) and Dutch Patent No. 7,308,061, AB or ABA structures where A is polybutadiene or polyisoprene and B is polyethylene oxide. Is described. In this case, the synthesis is carried out by the continuous addition of the dienomer and ethylene oxide to the monofunctional or difunctional organic sodium or potassium initiator in tetrahydrofuran (THF) as polar solvent. German Patent 2,322,079 discloses a process for the synthesis of block copolymers of the AB type, in which A is polybutadiene and B is polyethylene oxide. Again, the synthesis is carried out in a one-pot reaction by continuously adding the monomers butadiene and epoxide to the initiator sec-butyllithium. Since this initiator cannot polymerize ethylene oxide, potassium tertiary butanolate is added after the epoxide is added. This polymerizes 20% of the epoxide. Then 95% of the olefinic double bonds are hydrogenated by a nickel catalyst. U.S. Pat. No. 4,254,238 discloses a method for synthesizing a graft polymer. In this case, the starting polymer is a polydiene prepared in a known manner. The polymerization active center acts on the starting polymer by reacting the polydiene with the diamine and the organolithium compound. Addition of the epoxide and subsequent acidification leads to functional OH groups on the polymer backbone. The OH group is deprotonated by the reaction with the organic potassium reagent, and the polyethylene oxide block is graft-polymerized by the addition of ethylene oxide. M. Gervais, B.A. According to Gallot, Makromol. Chem. 178, 1577 (1977) and Netherlands Patent 7,308,061 show that the reactants show a very high reactivity and that there is no chain termination during the reaction or Reveals that side chains are formed with the consequence. The result is a heterogeneous reaction product that is a molecule having a heterogeneous length or non-linear and branched molecular blocks A and / or B. Therefore, in this synthesis method, the reaction cannot be controlled so as to give a strict molecular composition of the target compound. The synthesis described in DE 2,322,079 leads to reaction mixtures containing lithium and potassium ions. In this mixture, the epoxide grafts only up to about 20% of the polydiene, which leaves a large amount of unreacted raw materials in the polymer and requires expensive post-cleaning treatments. However, this 20% also contains a single polymer component, in other words a polymer component formed solely from the epoxy component, so that on one hand contamination with the single polymer must be noted, and on the other hand less than 20% Only block A is graft-polymerized. If the reaction actually yields the desired product, a very large amount of raw material must be used, and as a result, this method requires a great deal of post-processing and increases the price of the product. And Further, there is a problem of waste disposal. The reaction described in U.S. Pat. No. 4,254,238 is carried out under very harsh conditions and is likewise uncontrollable. For example, a chain is split. Further, lithiated tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA) and unreacted butyllithium remain in the solution. Among the reaction products, there are also polymers formed solely of the components of polyethylene oxide, that is, epoxide units only. However, the publication "Rubber Chemistry and Technology", Volume 49, p. synthesis and properties; 1.Arufa, as disclosed in synthesis and properties) "of ω- dihydroxy polyisoprene, two - a reaction intermediate having only side chains metal ion - CH 2 -CH 2 -O Precipitates from solution while forming complex salts. This product is a heterogeneous product containing a high proportion of unreacted components and by-products. In any of the above-mentioned methods, the AB-type block copolymer in which the chemical properties with regard to linearity and chain length are clearly defined and which do not contain by-products cannot be provided. The block A composed of the monomeric diene has a mixed structure consisting of 1,4- and 1,2- or 3,4-polymers in Dutch Patent 7,308,061. The object of the present invention was therefore to provide monomer units a = conjugated dienes and monomer units b = epoxides, the chain lengths of blocks A and B can be freely selected and adjusted by the reaction conditions, and the products are in the state of the side chains. The present invention is to provide a method for producing an AB-type block copolymer which has a structurally well-defined product which does not have any of the above-mentioned branches and does not produce by-products such as homopolymers A and B. In addition, block A should contain a very high proportion of 1,4-polymer. The cost of subsequent purification should be as low as possible. This method should be cost effective. A polymer should be provided in which block A has a low glass transition temperature and is capable of producing an AB type block copolymer capable of producing a micellar structure in a solvent. This object is achieved by a method according to the preamble of claim 1 and is solved by the features of claim 1. With the method of the present invention, it is now possible to provide AB-type block copolymers in which the chain lengths of blocks A and B and their length with respect to each other are clearly defined. This product is not branched by side chains. If desired, the molecules can be tailor-made, taking into account the respective requirements for chain length, molecular weight, polarity or viscosity. The conversion of the starting material is quantitative, and a product can be prepared in which block A has a proportion of about 95% of 1,4-addition products. It has been found that it is no longer necessary to add, on demand, an equivalent amount of sodium- or potassium-organic compound corresponding to the OH groups resulting from the addition of the epoxide units in block A for the polymerization of the epoxide. Nevertheless, uniform growth is obtained. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are listed in the dependent claims. The process for the preparation of AB-type block copolymers according to the invention is described in more detail below: The figures exemplify the micellar structures produced with AB-type block copolymers. FIG. 1 shows a spherical micelle structure of an AB block copolymer in a solvent (an elliptical shape is also possible), and FIG. 2 shows a cylindrical micelle structure of an AB block copolymer in a solvent. Indicates a plate-like micelle structure of an AB-type block copolymer in a solvent. All of the structures shown in Figures 1-3 can be in a non-polar solvent (where Block A is dissolved) or in a polar solvent (where Block B is dissolved). Table 1 shows the experimental results described in each example. In the table, PI = OH end functionalized polyisoprene, PEP = OH end functionalized poly (ethylene propylene) PEO = polyethylene oxide block in copolymer a: measured by GPC, b: measured from Mn of PEP and composition by NMR, M n = number average molecular weight M w = weight average molecular weight, GPC = gel permission chromatography The preparation of the AB block copolymer of the present invention is carried out by a two-step synthesis, in the first step of which a conjugated diene is prepared by using an initiator in a nonpolar solvent Anion polymerization is carried out by a known method using the above. As the initiator, a lithium organic compound is used. In the present invention, the AB type block copolymer means a polymer having at least one block A and at least one other block B. In addition to the AB structure, the BAB structure also belongs to the present invention. In this case, block A consists of monomer units a or is composed of a mixture of monomer units a, a ′, a ″, etc. Similarly, block B also comprises monomer units b or monomer units b, b ′, b ″, etc. Consists of a mixture. The monomers a are generally conjugated dienes, in particular 1,3-dienes. 1,3-dienes having only short side chains are particularly advantageous, but also dienes having relatively long side chains or diene structures located in the chain rather than at the ends, depending on the desired product. can do. Further, the molecule may have an isolated double bond. For example, the following compounds can be mentioned. 1,3-butadiene, isoprene, 2,3-dimethylbutadiene, 1,3-pentadiene, 1,3-dimethylbutadiene, 2,4-hexadiene. Instead of the methylene group, there may be a phenylene group or an alkyl derivative group thereof. Important to the choice of monomer is that a non-polar polymer block A results. The monomer b of the block B is an epoxide. In the simplest embodiment, the epoxide may be ethylene oxide, but substituted epoxides can also be used in the synthesis. The substituent may be an alkyl- or aryl substituent. Important for the selection of the monomer b is the formation of a polymer block B which is water-soluble. Thus, other monomers which consequently ensure this can also be used. The present invention is not limited to the above examples for the monomers a, a ′, a ″ and b, b ′, b ″ and the like. As an initiator for the anionic polymerization of the block A, use is made of a lithium organic compound, for example, sec-butyllithium or tert-butyllithium. In this case, it is particularly advantageous to use lithium ions as counterions since the organic compounds are soluble. However, it is important that the organic compound anion be able to dissolve the reactants in the non-polar solvent used in the first reaction stage. The use of a bifunctional lithium organic compound, such as a 2: 1 adduct of sec-butyllithium and 1,3-bis (1-phenylethenyl) benzene (MDDPE), has been shown to reduce the BAB structure in subsequent reaction steps. This results in an AB type block copolymer. Control of the reaction process with respect to product linearity is apparent from the non-polarity of the solvent. The non-polar solvent in the present invention means a non-polar aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbon. Examples include benzene, c-hexane, iso-pentane, branched alkanes, and alkanes. After the monomer a is polymerized with an organic anion in a non-polar solvent to form the block A, the monomer unit b is subsequently graft-polymerized to the still active chain terminal. No further polymerization occurs due to the use of a lithium initiator. After the end of the reaction with the acid, a polymer A (OH) functionalized with alcoholic OH groups is obtained. A-OH may be hydrogenated to polyolefin A (H) -OH using conventional methods. This does not attack the terminal OH groups. A (OH) or A (H) -OH may be precipitated to separate the lithium salt from the polymer A (OH) or A (H) -OH. This treatment has the advantage that the Li + -ions do not interfere with subsequent reactions. After precipitation of the intermediate product A (OH) or A (H) -OH, it may be isolated and heated to remove impurities. Protic impurities that interfere with subsequent processing, such as water, alcohols and acids, can be obtained by dissolving the polymer A (OH) or A (H) -OH many times in benzene and subsequently distilling off the benzene under reduced pressure. Removed by performing evaporation. Other solvents, such as THF or toluene, can be used instead of benzene. In this case, the solvent should be able to dissolve the polymer A (OH) or A (H) -OH and remove volatile protic impurities. Polyolefin A (H) —OH can be heated to 100-120 ° C. during a distillation cycle under reduced pressure conditions due to its high thermal stability, which improves the efficiency of the purification process. Depending on the nature of the product, heating to higher temperatures, such as 150-180 ° C, is possible. The intermediate product A (H) -OH may optionally be heated under reduced pressure conditions to remove harmful impurities. As a result, the step of dissolving the polymer in the solvent several times and distilling off the solvent can be dispensed with. In the second step, the A (OH) or A (H) -OH is dissolved in dry THF or other polar solvent under the purification conditions customary for anionic polymerization without any intermediate contact with air. Suitable other polar solvents are, for example, ethers such as diethyl ether or tertiary amines. However, the choice of solvent is not limited to the examples described here. The terminal OH group of compound A (OH) or A (H) -OH is deprotonated by a potassium- or sodium organic reagent such as cumyl potassium, and the macroinitiator A-OK, A-ONa or A (H) -OK or Converted to A (H) -ONa. However, potassium compounds are particularly preferred. Block B is graft polymerized by the addition of the epoxide, and then the reaction is terminated by the addition of the acid. However, any metal-organic compound which ensures the dissolution of the metal-organic compound and the reaction intermediate and which allows the polymerization of the epoxide can be used. For example, benzyl potassium, furenyl potassium and naphthyl potassium can be mentioned. Metal hydrides such as NaH or KH or pure alkali metals such as sodium or potassium can also be used as initiators. The graft polymerization of block B may be followed by hydrogenation, optionally after the first step, for hydrogenation. The synthesis of the AB block copolymers according to the invention can be carried out in a protective gas atmosphere or under reduced pressure, for example at 10 −4 mbar. Examples: Example 1: polyisoprene-polyethylene oxide-block copolymer: 22.00 g previously dried in solvent-free dibutylmagnesium for 14 hours at room temperature and in solvent-free n-butyllithium at -10 DEG C. for 20 minutes. Is condensed in a 500 mL glass reactor under high vacuum conditions. Add 300 mL of cyclohexane dried over n-butyllithium. 1.00 mmol of sec-butyllithium is added as a cyclohexane solution from the ampoule attached to the reactor. After 24 hours, from another ampoule, 0.72 g of ethylene oxide, degassed and dried over calcium hydride powder, is added. After a further 14 hours, the polymerization is stopped by the addition of acetic acid. The OH end functionalized polyisoprene is separated by precipitation in methanol. Dissolve 8.17 g of polymer in 60 mL of benzene dried over n-butyllithium. The solvent is distilled off under high vacuum and the polymer is stirred under high vacuum for 20 hours. This entire process is repeated twice more. The polymer is then dissolved in a mixture of sodium-potassium alloy and benzophenone in 60 mL of dry THF without contact with air. Under high vacuum conditions, a 0.05 molar solution of cumyl potassium in THF is added to the polymer solution until the polymer solution remains light orange. To this polymer solution are added, under high vacuum conditions, 5.89 g of ethylene oxide, degassed and purified with calcium hydride, as well as 150 mL of THF. The polymerization is carried out at 50 ° C. for a further 3 days, after which the polymerization is stopped by the addition of acetic acid. The block copolymer is purified by precipitation in acetone cooled to -20 ° C. This AB type block copolymer forms micelles having a size of μm which are soluble in water. Example 2: Poly (ethylene propylene) -polyethylene oxide-block copolymer: 7.2 g of OH end-functionalized polyisoprene from Example 1 are dissolved in 600 mL of heptane and 90 ° C. with the aid of a palladium / barium sulfate catalyst. Hydrogenate at a hydrogen pressure of 40 bar. The OH end-functionalized poly (ethylene propylene) thus obtained is purified by precipitation in methanol and dried under high vacuum with stirring at 100 ° C. for 3 days. The graft polymerization of the polyethylene oxide block is carried out as described in Example 1 using 5.51 g of OH-terminated poly (ethylene propylene) and 2.75 g of ethylene oxide. Purification of the product is performed as described in Example 1. Example 3: Poly (ethylene propylene) -polyethylene oxide-block copolymer: 29.08 g of isoprene, 800 mL of benzene, 6.53 mmol of tert-butyllithium and 2.38 g of ethylene oxide are treated as in Example 1 with OH- Produce end-functionalized polyisoprene. The hydrogenation of polyisoprene is carried out according to Example 2. The reaction of 1.28 g of OH-terminally functionalized poly (ethylene propylene) with 4.04 g of ethylene oxide is carried out as in Example 2. This AB type block copolymer generates micelles in decane. Example 4: Poly (ethylene propylene) -polyethylene oxide-block copolymer: 3.64 g of OH-terminally functionalized poly (ethylene propylene) are reacted with 1.18 g of ethylene oxide as in Example 2. Purification of the product is performed by precipitation in water. Example 5: Polyisoprene-polyethylene oxide-block copolymer: 2.14 g of OH-terminally functionalized polyisoprene from Example 3 were completely polymerized under the same conditions as described in Example 1. The cumyl potassium in the amount of 50 mol% required to deprotonate is added. The number of OH groups is calculated from the amount used and the molecular weight of the OH-terminal functionalized polyisoprene. The reaction with 6.75 g of ethylene oxide is carried out as in Example 1, except for a reaction time of 7 days. The block copolymers of Examples 1 to 5 are tested by GPC on the basis of the presence of polyisoprene-, poly (ethylene propylene)-and polyethylene oxide homopolymers. No detectable amount of homopolymer is found in any case (confirmation limit: less than 1%). Table 1 summarizes the molecular weight characteristics of the polymers of Examples 1-5. First of all, it is possible to prepare AB-type block copolymers containing polydiene blocks A and at least one epoxide block B as chemically and molecularly defined substances. By choosing the reaction conditions between the polymerization stages 1 and 2, both monomers can be polymerized quantitatively without side reactions. Therefore, there are no polymer by-products or unreacted monomers in the product. Any of the methods described in the prior art can produce these block copolymers without by-products. With the freely selectable ratios of the monomers a and b, the block molecular weights of A and B can be varied to precisely adjust the properties of the AB block copolymer, for example for its use as a surfactant. This is not possible with known methods. The use of aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons as solvent in the polymerization of diene block A results in copolymers having the highest proportion of 1,4 microstructures. That is, the anionic polymerization proceeds mainly, ie, up to about 95% as a 1,4-addition. This achieves a low glass transition temperature of block A. This is advantageous or even necessary for processability, for example in extrusion, as well as for applications. The glass transition temperature achieved is -80 ° C. for 95% 1,4-polymer for 1,3-butadiene polymer and 95% 1,4-polymer in block A for isoprene polymer. -70 ° C for polymers. Prior art methods using polar solvents such as THF (tetrahydrofuran) result in polymers having a high glass transition temperature for block A. The hydrogenated AB-type block copolymer is more resistant to oxidation and heat-loadable than the completely or slightly hydrogenated product. This is a plus during manufacture and processing and is clearly advantageous in use. Furthermore, hydrogenated AB type block copolymers exhibit high crystallinity and are insoluble in most solvents, as long as hydrogenated polybutadiene with a high proportion of 1,4-polymer is used as raw material for the second reaction stage. Or only at elevated temperatures (e.g. in aromatic and aliphatic solvents). The products of the invention are soluble in water or in alkanes, depending on the relative chain length of blocks A and B. The AB type block polymer of the present invention can be used for producing emulsions and fine emulsions. It has a block A which is soluble in aliphatic alkanes. The exception to this, however, is hydrogenated 1,3-butadiene, which has a high proportion of 1,4-polymer. The AB-type block copolymers of the present invention result in variously formed micellar structures in solvents or solvent mixtures. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the polymer amphiphilic is smaller than that of the low molecular weight amphiphilic. The micellar structure forms a fine phase separation system as a solid. The embodiments described in FIGS. 1 to 3 are selected from possible micellar structures and are not limited thereto. The AB-block copolymers and micellar systems according to the invention can be used as emulsifiers in the pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and food fields. In Table 1, PI means OH-terminal functionalized polyisoprene, PEP means OH-terminal functionalized poly (ethylene propylene), PEO means polyethylene oxide block in copolymer, a measured by GPC B is determined from the Mn of PEP and the composition by NMR.
