Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 過酸化物又は水と過酸化物の混合物又は過酸化溶液で処理を行うことを特 徴とする鋼、特にステンレス鋼及び/又はニッケル合金の表面処理方法。 2. 処理すべき表面をまず洗浄及び/又は脱脂することを特徴とする請求項1 記載の方法。 3. 処理を水中で行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4. 水に過酸化物を添加することを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5. 表面を0.1〜200mモルH2O2の過酸化物濃度、有利には0.1〜1 00mモルH2O2の濃度を有する過酸化溶液で処理することを特徴とする請求項 1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 6. 過酸化溶液が純水もしくは脱イオン化水中の溶液であることを特徴とする 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 7. 過酸化溶液を循環させる及び/又は連続して添加することを特徴とする請 求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 8. 処理時間が10〜300時間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のい ずれか1つに記載の方法。 9. 処理を解放タンク内もしくはシステム内で<100℃の溶液温度並びに大 気圧及び表面に沿って0〜<10m/秒の溶液速度で行い、過酸化物の添加によ り常に所望の過酸化物濃度を維持することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれ か1つに記載の方法。 10. 処理を密閉タンク内もしくはシステム内で>100℃の温度、有利には 100〜200℃の範囲及び>1バールの圧力で行い、余分の過酸化物の熱分解 及び接触分解で生じる酸素ガスに対して排気を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃 至8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 11. 処理を120〜180℃の温度範囲及び5〜15バールの圧力範囲で行 い、並びに表面に沿って0〜10m/秒の溶液速度で行うことを特徴とする請求 項10記載の方法。 12. システムの処理すべき表面を組込んだ状態でシステムの水を付勢される 内側面を酸化物で被層することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1つに 記載の方法。 13. 水冷式原子力発電所において表面を湿潤された構造部材、例えば一次循 環経路の表面処理にこの構造部材の放射能の吸収(汚染)を減少させるために使 用する請求項1乃至12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 14. 鋼、特にステンレス鋼及び/又はニッケル合金の着色に使用する請求項 1乃至12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 15. 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1つに記載の方法により得られる、少なく とも表面の部分範囲に酸化物層を含んでいる鋼、特にステンレス鋼及び/又はニ ッケル合金。
