Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.案内ワイヤ(10)と、カテーテル先端からカテーテル先端近傍の側面に設 けた開口(9)まで延びる案内ワイヤ腔(8)を遠位カテーテル先端部に設けた カテーテルとを有するカテーテル系において、案内ワイヤ(10)が、カテーテ ルの長さよりも短い長さを有することを特徴とするカテーテル系。 2.案内ワイヤ(10)が、約20cmの長さを有し、および/または、カテー テルが、10cmよりも大きい長さ(好ましくは、約50cmの長さ)を有する ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル系。 3.カテーテルの縦方向へ延びる少なくとも1つの腔(2,4)が設けてあるこ とを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のカテーテル系。 4.少なくとも2つの腔(2,4)が設けてあり、このうち第1腔(2)が、カ テーテル先端近傍に位置する側部出口を有し、および/または、このうち第2腔 (4)が、開口(9)の近傍で終わり、光学的に透明な蓋(4a)を有すること を特徴とする請求項3に記載のカテーテル系。 5.第1腔(2)および開口(9)が、ほぼ同一の軸線方向位置に設けてあるこ とを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカテーテル系。 6.第1腔(2)と開口(9)とを接続する開口(3)が設けてあることを特徴 とする請求項4または5に記載のカテーテル系。 7.a)第1腔(2)の近位端開口と接続する高圧チューブ(12a,12b) と; b)第2腔(4)に配設され、蓋(4a)において終わり、腔(4)の近位端開 口から出るファイバオプティツク・ストランド(5,6)と; c)第2腔(4)内に蓋(4a)の近傍に設けてあり、第2腔(4)の近位端か ら出る線路接続を有する熱センサ素子(7)と;が設けてあることを特徴とする 請求項4−6の少なくとも1つに記載のカテーテル系。 8.高圧チューブ(12a,12b)の部分の間には、側部ルーア・ロツク接続 を有する三方コック(13)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカ テーテル系。 9.高圧チューブ(12a,12b)の部分(12a)が、電気式血圧センサ (15)に接続され、接続プラグ(17)を介してモニタに接続されることを特 徴とする請求項7または8に記載のカテーテル系。 10.高圧チューブ(12a,12b)の部分(12b)が、洗浄弁(16)を 介して高圧流調節器(18)に接続され、場合によっては更に、頭部チャンバ( 19)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項7−9の少なくとも1つに記載のカ テーテル系。
