Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 低酸素で低炭素の、鉄ベース粉末を製造する方法において、 a) 鉄、及び場合により、クロム、マンガン、銅、ニッケル、バナジウム、 ニオブ、硼素、珪素、モリブデン及びタングステンからなる群から選択された少 なくとも一種類の合金用元素から本質的になる粉末を調製し、 b) 少なくともH2及びH2Oガスを含有する雰囲気中で前記粉末をアニーリ ングし、 c) 脱炭工程中に形成された炭素酸化物の少なくとも一種類の濃度を測定し 、或は d) 炉の長手方向に互いに隔てられた予め定められた距離の所に位置する少 なくとも二つの点で本質的に同時に酸素ポテンシャルを測定し、又は e) 炉の中の少なくとも一つの点で酸素ポテンシャルを測定すると共に、c )による濃度を測定し、 f) 工程c)、d)又はe)による測定値を参照して脱炭雰囲気中のH2O ガス含有量を調節する、 諸工程からなる製造方法。 2. 粉末が水噴霧した粉末である、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 入口領域、アニーリング及び還元領域、及び出口領域を有するベルト炉中 で実施する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4. 連続的且つ向流的に実施する、請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 800〜1200℃の温度で実施する、請求項4に記載の方法。 6. H2Oをアニーリング及び還元領域中の、炭素酸化物の形成が減少する一 つ以上の場所で注入する、請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 炉からの出口ガス中の炭素酸化物の濃度を繰り返し測定し、前記出口ガス 中の炭素酸化物の濃度が本質的に一定になる時の値まで、H2Oの含有量を調節 する、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. 炭素酸化物が一酸化炭素である、請求項1及び6のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 9. 水噴霧した粉末が、少なくとも1重量%の、クロム、モリブデン、銅、ニ ッケル、バナジウム、ニオブ、マンガン及び珪素からなる群から選択された元素 を含み、0.1〜0.9重量%、好ましくは0.2〜0.7重量%の炭素含有量 を有し、酸素重量%/炭素重量%が1〜3の間にあり、不純物含有量がせいぜい 0.5%である、請求項2に記載の方法。 10.アニールし、水噴霧し、本質的に炭素を含まない鉄ベース粉末で、鉄の外 に、クロム、モリブデン、銅、ニッケル、バナジウム、ニオブ、マンガン及び珪 素からなる群から選択されたいずれかの元素を少なくとも1重量%含み、酸素含 有量が0.2重量%以下、好ましくは0.15重量%以下であり、炭素含有量が 0.05%以下、好ましくは0.02%以下、最も好ましくは0.015%以下 であり、不純物含有量が0.5%以下である、粉末を製造するための、請求項1 〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.クロムを0〜5重量%、好ましくは1〜3重量%の量で含む粉末を製造す るための、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.モリブデンを0〜5重量%、好ましくは0〜2重量%の量で含む粉末を製 造するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.銅を0〜2重量%、好ましくは0〜1重量%の量で含む粉末を製造するた めの、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.ニッケルを0〜15重量%、好ましくは0〜5重量%の量で含む粉末を製 造するための、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15.ニオブを0〜1重量%、好ましくは0〜0.25重量%含む粉末を製造す るための、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.バナジウムを0〜1重量%、好ましくは0〜0.25重量%含む粉末を製 造するための、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 17.マンガンを0〜2重量%、好ましくは0〜0.7重量%の量で含む粉末を 製造するための、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 18.珪素を0〜1.5重量%、好ましくは0〜1重量%の量で含む粉末を製造 するための、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 19.測定を連続的に行う、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 20.測定をIR検出器を用いて行う、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 21.鉄の外に、少なくとも1重量%の、クロム、モリブデン、銅、ニッケル、 バナジウム、ニオブ、マンガン及び珪素からなる群から選択された元素を含み、 0.1〜0.9、好ましくは0.2〜0.7重量%の炭素含有量を有し、酸素重 量%/炭素重量%が1〜3の間にあり、不純物含有量がせいぜい0.5%である 、水噴霧粉末。 22.鉄の外に、クロム、モリブデン、銅、ニッケル、バナジウム、ニオブ、マ ンガン及び珪素からなる群から選択されたいずれかの元素を少なくとも1重量% 含み、酸素含有量が0.2重量%以下、好ましくは0.15重量%以下であり、 炭素含有量が0.05%以下、好ましくは0.02%以下、最も好ましくは0. 015%以下であり、不純物含有量が0.5%以下である、アニールし、水噴霧 し、本質的に炭素を含まない粉末。 23.クロムを0〜5重量%、好ましくは1〜3重量%の量で含む、請求項22 に記載の粉末。 24.モリブデンを0〜5重量%、好ましくは0〜2重量%の量で含む請求項2 2に記載の粉末。 25.銅を0〜2重量%、好ましくは0〜1重量%の量で含む、請求項22に記 載の粉末。 26.ニッケルを0〜15重量%、好ましくは0〜5重量%の量で含む、請求項 22に記載の粉末。 27.バナジウムを0〜1重量%、好ましくは0〜0.25重量%含む、請求項 22に記載の粉末。 28.ニオブを0〜1重量%、好ましくは0〜0.25重量%含む、請求項22 に記載の粉末。 29.マンガンを0〜2重量%、、好ましくは0〜0.7重量%の量で含む、請 求項22に記載の粉末。 30.珪素を0〜1.5重量%、好ましくは0〜1重量%の量で含む、請求項22 に記載の粉末。
