Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 中に扁平なコイルと該コイルに接続されたチップが埋め込まれ、前記コイ ルとチップは第一のウエブの上に置かれ、該第一のウエブには前記コイルとチッ プを収容するための開口を有する第二のウエブと少なくとも一枚のカバー用ウエ ブとが重ねられ、前記第一,第二及びカバー用ウエブは層状に一体に接合されて プラスチックカードが打ち抜かれる最終ウエブを形成するようにされる、層構造 のプラスチックカードを製造する方法において、第一のウエブ上に置かれた第二 のウエブは複数の固着点により前記第一のウエブの選択可能なウエブ部分に保持 され、前記扁平コイルを収容するための開口は前記第二のウエブ内に作られ、そ の目的のために前記複数の固着点は前記扁平コイルの形状に対応する前記ウエブ 部分に隣接した両側に配置されるように分配され、次に前記扁平コイルは前記第 一のウエブ上に置かれるように前記開口内へ挿入され、そして前記チップはチッ プ孔の形成されたウエブ内へ挿入されるようにした方法。 2. 接着剤のスポットが前記固着点として使用される請求の範囲1に記載の方 法。 3. 最初に前記扁平コイルの形状に調和するように分配された中間接着剤スポ ットが前記第一のウエブに設けられ、前記固着点は外側及び内側接着剤スポット の形で前記中間接着剤スポットに隣接して両側に設けられる請求の範囲1又は2 に記載の方法。 4. 前記扁平コイルは前記中間接着剤スポットにより前記第一のウエブ上に固 着される請求の範囲3に記載の方法。 5. 接着剤はスクリーン印刷法により塗布される請求の範囲2乃至4の何れか に記載の方法。 6. 接着剤スポットが設けられる前記第一のウエブ側は該スポットが処理され るまでカバーで覆われている請求の範囲2乃至5の何れかに記載の方法。 7. 溶接スポットが前記固着点として使用される請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 8. 溶接スポットを設けるために先ず前記第二のウエブが前記第一のウエブ上 に置かれ、次に溶接スポットが重ねられた前記両ウエブを一緒に局部的に溶かす ことにより設けられる請求の範囲7に記載の方法。 9. 溶接スポットは超音波溶接により設けられる請求の範囲8に記載の方法。 10. 前記扁平コイルは前記第二のウエブにカバー用ウエブを被せることにより 前記第一のウエブ上に固着される請求の範囲7乃至9の何れかに記載の方法。 11. 前記固着点は、前記扁平コイルの形状に隣接した同一円周上両側に三個乃 至六個が分配されるように互いに離間せしめられている請求の範囲1乃至10の 何れかに記載の方法。 12. 前記チップ孔が設けられるウエブは前記第二のウエブによって構成される 請求の範囲1乃至11の何れかに記載の方法。 13. 前記チップは前記チップ孔の真下に接着剤で固着される請求の範囲1乃至 12の何れかに記載の方法。 14. 前記扁平コイルのための開口は該扁平コイルの形状に相当する前記ウエブ 部分を打ち抜くことにより作られる請求の範囲1乃至13の何れかに記載の方法 。 15. 前記扁平コイルとして環状コイルを使用する場合には、両側に配置される 前記固着点は何れも半径方向前後に配列される請求の範囲1乃至14の何れかに 記載の方法。 16. 前記開口は細長いスチールパンチによって打ち抜かれる請求の範囲1乃至 15の何れかに記載の方法。 17. 打ち抜き後前記第一及び第二のウエブによって構成された半製品はウエブ の範囲に対し直角に横切っている軸の周りに曲げられ、その結果部分的に自由に なるリングは捕らえられて取り除かれる請求の範囲14乃至16の何れかに記載 の方法。 18. 前記第二のウエブが前記扁平コイルのための開口を作るため穿孔されると き前記チップを受け入れるための孔も作られる請求の範囲1乃至17の何れかに 記載の方法。 19. 前記ウエブの端縁に、前記各ウエブが正しく重ねられるように一緒に案内 されるため利用される等距離のマーキングが設けられる請求の範囲1乃至18の 何れかに記載の方法。 20. 少なくとも一枚のカバー用ウエブとして印刷されたウエブが使用される請 求の範囲1乃至19の何れかに記載の方法。
