Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式(1) で表わされる化合物。 (ここで、Yは、 であり、Aは、 であり、Bは、 であり、Rは、各々独立にであり、R1は、各々独立に24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族あるいは 芳香族の基であり、 R2は、各々独立に水素、又は24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環 族もしくは芳香族の基であり、 R3は、各々独立に24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族もしくは芳香族の 基であり、 R4は、各々独立に水素あるいはメチル基であり、 R5は、各々独立に水素、又は24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族もしく は芳香族の基であり、 mは1から4の整数であり、 m1は0あるいは1から4の整数であり nは1から8の整数であり、 pは1あるいは2であり、 qは1から4の整数である。 但し、 (1)Aが であり、Bが-OR1である場合には、R1は であり、 (2)Aが であり、Bが-OR1である場合には、 R1は24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族もしくは芳香族の基であり、(ここで、R2は24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族もしくは芳香族の基 である)、そして (3)Aが であり、Bが-OR1である場合には、R1は (ここで、R2は24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族もしくは芳香族の基 である) 2.(1)一般式 (ここで、Yは であり、 各R1は、独立に24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族もしくは芳香族の基 であり、 であり、 R2は、各々独立に水素、又は24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族もしく は芳香族の基であり、 R3は、各々独立に24個迄の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環族もしくは芳香族の 基であり、 R4は、各々独立に水素あるいはメチル基であり、 mは1から4の整数であり、 m1は0あるいは1から4の整数であり qは1から4の整数である) の不飽和ジカルボン酸ジエステルに (2)一般式 (ここで、nは1から8の整数であり、pは1あるいは2である) のヒドロキシアルキルアルキレン尿素を、 このジカルボン酸ジエステルの少なくとも一部分である双方のR1をヒドロキシ アルキルアルキレン尿素で置換する条件下で反応させることによって製造される モノマー組成物。 3.エチレン系不飽和モノマーの少なくとも一つが請求項1に記載された化 合物あるいは請求項2に記載されたモノマー組成物である一つ以上のエチレン系 不飽和モノマーのポリマー。 4.エチレン系不飽和モノマーの少なくとも一つが請求項1に記載された化 合物あるいは請求項2に記載されたモノマー組成物である一つ以上のエチレン系 不飽和モノマーのラテックスポリマーからなるラテックス組成物。 5.重合に先立ち、エチレン系不飽和モノマー系に請求項1に記載された化 合物あるいは請求項2に記載されたモノマー組成物である一つ以上のエチレン系 不飽和モノマーのポリマーを添加することによって、エチレン系不飽和モノマー 系の付加重合から誘導されるラテックスポリ マーの湿潤時接着性を向上させる方法。 6.ラテックスポリマー系に、エチレン系不飽和モノマーの少なくとも一つ が請求項1に記載された化合物あるいは請求項2に記載されたモノマー組成物で ある一つ以上のエチレン系不飽和モノマーのポリマーを混合することによって、 ラテックスポリマー系の湿潤時接着性を向上させる方法。 7.環状尿素/ウレイドモノマーを製造するプロセスであって、 (a)マレイン酸、フマール酸、シトラコン酸、イタコン酸、テトラヒドロフタル 酸、ナディック酸及び3,6-エポキシテトラヒドロフタル酸からなる群から選ば れるジカルボン酸のジエステル、ジアミドあるいはエステル/アミド (b)環状アルキレン尿素、ヒドロキシアルキルアルキレン尿素あるいはアミノア ルキルアルキレン尿素、及び (c)トランスエステル化触媒 を対応するビスエステルあるいはビスアミドを生成するのに充分な時間と温度で 接触させる工程からなるプロセス。
