Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 常温成形ポリウレタン軟質フォームを製造する方法であって、 a)イソシアネート指数70〜約130の一つ以上のジイソシアネートまたは ポリイソシアネート、 b)約0.02meq/gよりも小さい不飽和率と50mol%よりも小さい 第一ヒドロキシル含有率とを有する一つ以上のポリオキシプロピレン/ポ リオキシエチレンランダムコポリマーから実質的な部分が成る低第一ヒド ロキシルポリオール成分、 c)発泡剤としての有効量の水、 を反応させることから成ることを特徴とする方法。 2. 前記ポリオキシプロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンランダムコポリマーが前 記ポリオール成分のすべてのポリオキシアルキレンポリエーテルポリオールの約 70Wt%以上を構成する請求項1の方法。 3. 前記一つ以上のポリオキシプロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンランダムコポ リマーのうち少なくとも一つが約35mol%よりも小さな第一ヒドロキシル含 有率を有する請求項1または2の方法。 4. 前記一つ以上のポリオキシプロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンランダムコポ リマーのうち少なくとも一つが約0.015meq/g以下の不飽和率を有する 請求項3の方法。 5. 前記ポリオール成分が、さらに、高第一ヒドロキシル含有率のポリオキシ プロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンコポリマーポリオールを含み、このときすべて の低第一ヒドロキシルポリオールの平均不飽和率が約0.02meq/gよりも 小さい請求項1〜4いずれか1項の方法。 6. 前記ポリオール成分のすべてのポリオキシアルキレンポリオールの平均不 飽和率が約0.02meq/gよりも小さい請求項5の方法。 7. 前記ポリオール成分のすべてのポリオキシアルキレンポリオールの平均不 飽和率が約0.015meq/gよりも小さい請求項6の方法。 8. 前記ポリオール成分が、さらに、該ポリオール成分の重量の約1〜約25 Wt%の分散ポリマー固体含有率を与える量のポリマーポリオールおよび/また はポリマー改質ポリオールを含む請求項1〜7いずれか1項の方法。 9. 前記一つ以上のジイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネートがTDI,M DI、またはこれらの混合物から成る請求項1〜8いずれか1項の方法。 10. 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項の方法によって得られる常温成形ポリウレ タンフォーム。 11. TDI,MDI、またはこれらの混合物から成るイソシアネート指数約 90〜約110のイソシアネート成分と、実質的な部分が一つ以上のポリオキシ プロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンコポリマーポリオールから成り、これらのポリ オールのそれぞれが0.02meq/gよりも小さな不飽和率と35mol%以 下の 第一ヒドロキシル含有率とを有するポリオール成分との反応生成物から 成り、前記ポリオール成分が70mol%以上の第一ヒドロキシル含有率のポリ オキシアルキレンポリオールを30Wt%以下含む、請求項10の常温成形軟質 ポリウレタンフォーム。 12. 前記ポリオール成分が90Wt%を越える一つ以上のポリオキシプロピ レン/ポリオキシエチレンランダムコポリマーポリオールを含み、前記ポリオー ル成分が約0.015meq/gよりも小さい平均不飽和率と35mol%以下 の平均第一ヒドロキシル含有率とを有する、請求項11の常温成形ポリウレタン フォーム。
