Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1)熱損失計測装置を噴霧を通過させる工程と、 2)噴霧の蒸発による熱損失量を計測する工程と、 3)この計測値と、同じ条件下で同じ装置により既知の量の熱損失量の計 測値とを比較する工程と、を備え、噴霧形態の揮発性の液体の量を計測する方法 。 2. 上記揮発性の液体は、噴射液である請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 上記噴射液は、トリクロルモノフルオロメタン、ジクロロジフルオロメ タン、1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン、ヘプタフルオロプロパン、テト ラクロロフルオロエタン、ブタン、イソブタン、及びプロパンのいずれかである 請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 上記熱損失計測装置は、ホットフィルム又はホットワイヤ風量計である 請求項1に記載の方法。 5. 上記揮発性の液体は、1回分計測バルブを有する噴霧容器から吐出され る請求項1に記載の方法。 6. 1回分計量吸入器の製造を品質保証する方法であって、 a)1)熱損失計測装置を噴霧を通過させる工程と、 2)噴霧の蒸発による熱損失量を計測する工程と、 3)この計測値と、同じ条件下で同じ装置により既知の量の熱損失量の計 測値とを比較する工程と、を含 み、噴霧形態の揮発性の液体の量を計測する方法によって1回分計測吸入器の吐 出量を決定する工程と、 b)所定の許容誤差範囲外の吐出をする1回分計測吸入器を拒絶する工程と、 を備えている方法。 7. 上記1回分計量吸入器は、アルブレロール(サルブタモル)、サロメト ロル、アミロライド、フルチカゾーネ、プロピオン塩酸及びジプロピオン酸ベク ロメタゾンの噴霧薬を含んでいる請求項6に記載の方法。
