Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.尿素溶融物から高純度固体メラミンを製造する方法において、下記工程: (a)尿素溶融物、ならびにCO2、NH3およびメラミン蒸気を含むオフガスを第一 の圧力および第一の温度でスクラバー装置に導入し、それによって該メラミン蒸 気を該尿素溶融物に溶解する工程; (b)該メラミンを含む該尿素溶融物を尿素溶融混合物として該スクラバー装置 からメラミン反応器に移し、該尿素溶融混合物を該メラミン反応器内で、該尿素 溶融混合物がメラミン溶融物およびオフガスに転化されるのに十分な第二の温度 および第二の圧力に加熱する工程; (c1)該オフガスを該メラミン溶融物から分離する工程; (c2)該メラミン溶融物を第一冷却容器に移す工程、ここで該第一冷却容器が 第三の温度および第三の圧力にあり、該第三の温度がメラミンの融点より少し高 い; (d)液体メラミンを固体物質に転化するために該液体メラミンを移し、第二冷 却容器内で冷アンモニアを使用してメラミンをさらに冷却して純粋な固体メラミ ンを製造する工程 の組み合わせを含む方法。 2.該第三の温度がメラミンの融点より約1℃〜約30℃高い、請求項1に記載の 方法。 3.該第三の温度がメラミンの融点より約1℃〜約10℃高 い、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.工程(c1)および(c2)が一つの容器で行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか 一つに記載の方法。 5.該オフガスを該メラミン反応器から該スクラバー装置に移し、該スクラバー 装置内で該尿素溶融物が該メラミン蒸気を該オフガスから洗い出して、回収され た液体メラミンを含む尿素溶融物を形成し、次いで該オフガスをスクラバー装置 から排出する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 6.該高純度固体メラミンが冷却および圧力開放によって得られる、請求項1〜 5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 7.該第二冷却容器中の該メラミン溶融物が少なくとも10℃に冷却される、請求 項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 8.該第二冷却容器中の該メラミン溶融物が少なくとも50℃に冷却される、請求 項7に記載の方法。 9.該第一冷却容器中の該メラミン溶融物の圧力が反応器の圧力に関して上げら れる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 10.該第一冷却容器の圧力がアンモニアを徐々に導入することによって得られ る、請求項9に記載の方法。 11.該第一冷却容器中の該メラミン溶融物の圧力が少なくとも2Mpaで徐々に 上げられる、請求項9〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 12.該第一冷却容器中の該液体メラミンの圧力が10Mpa より上のレベルに上げられる、請求項11に記載の方法。 13.該第一冷却容器中の該液体メラミンの圧力が20Mpaより上のレベルに上げ られる、請求項11に記載の方法。 14.メラミン溶融物が第二冷却容器中で液体アンモニアの使用により冷却され る、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 15.メラミンが98.5〜99.95%の純度(HPLCにより測定)を有して得られる、請 求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 16.メラミンが99.5〜99.95%の純度(HPLC)を有して得られる、請求項1〜 14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 17.メラミン溶融物から高純度固体メラミンを製造する方法において、下記工 程: (a)メラミン溶融物をメラミン反応器から第一冷却容器に移す工程、ここで該 第一冷却容器が第一の温度下にあり、第一の圧力を有し、該第一の温度がメラミ ンの融点より少し高い; (b)該液体メラミンを該第一冷却容器から第二冷却容器に移し、第二冷却容器 内でメラミンを冷アンモニアの使用によりさらに冷却して該高純度固体メラミン を製造する工程 の組み合わせを含む方法。 18.該第二冷却容器中の該液体メラミンが圧力開放される、請求項17に記載 の方法。
