Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.陽極電極と、陰極電極と、前記陽極電極と前記陰極電極との間に形成され る有機薄膜層とから構成され、前記有機薄膜層は下記一般化学式(1)に示され ている有機金属錯体からなる有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子。 (1) 前記化学式(1)において、R1ないしR8は夫々水素またはC1ないしC8アル キル基を示す。 2.前記R1ないしR8は水素を示す請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネセ ンス素子。 3.前記R1、R2及びR4ないしR8は水素を示し、前記R3はメチルを示す請 求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子。 4.前記有機薄膜層は、正孔移送層と電子移送層の順に構成され、前記電子移 送層は有機金属錯体(1)からなる請求項1ないし3に記載の有機エレクトロル ミネセンス素子。 5.前記有機薄膜層は、正孔注入層、正孔移送層、電子移送層の順に構成され、 前記電子移送層は有機金属錯体(1)からなる請求項1ないし3に記載の有機エ レクトロルミネセンス素子。 6.前記有機層は、正孔移送層、発光層、電子移送層の順に構成され、前記電 子移送層は有機金属錯体(1)からなる請求項1ないし3に記載の有機エレクト ロルミネセンス素子。 7.前記有機層は、正孔注入層、正孔移送層、発光層、電子移送層の順に構成 され、前記電子移送層は有機金属錯体(1)からなる請求項1ないし3に記載の 有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子。 8.前記電子移送層が蛍光分子でドーピングされている請求項1ないし3に記 載の有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子。 9.前記陽極電極はインジウム−スズ酸化物(indium-tin-oxide)(ITO)電 極である請求項1ないし3に記載の有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子。 10.下記化学式(2)によって示される2−(O−ヒドロキシフェニル)ベ ンズチアゾールベリリウム錯体。 (2)
