Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 円筒状ハウジング(11)と、 ハウジングに対し摺動出来るよう取り付けられた外側スライドスリーブ(1 8)と、 対応して形成された継手ニップル(30)への連結のための係合輪郭を有す る、ハウジングに取り付けられ徑方向に動ける、ハウジングに取付けられた複数 のロック要素、特にジョー(15) と、 継手ニップル(30)との係合のためハウジング内中央を摺動出来るシーリ ングピストン(22)と、 を含む気体状および/または液体状流体移送用、特に車両燃料タ ンク充填用 の迅速連結式継手であって、 ハウジング(11,11’、11’’)内で軸方向に変位出来るバネ偏倚の 環状ピストン(40)がシーリングピストン(22)に付加されており、これが 迅速連結用継手装置(10)の非連結位置においてシーリングピストン(22) を引込み位置に保持し、圧力下におかれると、シーリングピストン(22)に対 して変位 出来るよう着座する、 ことを特徴とする迅速連結式継手。 2.シーリングピストン(22)と環状ピストン(40)とに作用する共通圧縮 バネ(41)が設けられている、 ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結式継手。 3.シーリングピストン(22)と環状ピストン(40)との間に少なくとも一 個のシーリングリング(24)が設けられている、 ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の迅速連結式継手。 4.シーリングピストン(22)がハウジング(11’’)と環状 ピストン( 40)との内面上で案内される、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれかに記載の迅速連結式継 手。 5.シーリングピストン(22)の、流体側を向いた、環状面(22a)が、軸 方向に反対側のシーリング面(23)より大きい有効面を有する、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれかに記載の迅速連結式継 手。 6.環状ピストン(40)がシーリングピストン(22)を囲む環状面(40a )を有し、入口(12)を向いている、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれかに記載の迅速連結式継 手。 7.環状ピストン(40)の変位に伴う加圧に際して出口バルブ(25)が開か れ、その弁座(26)が環状ピストン(40)内に配置されている、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれかに記載の迅速連結式継 手。 8.環状ピストン(40)の軸方向変位が、シーリングピストン(22)の軸方 向行程より大きい、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれかに記載の迅速連結式継 手。 9.環状ピストン(40)が二分割ピストンである、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までのいずれかに記載の迅速連結式継 手。 10.スライドスリーブ(18)が、出口(13)に向かって先細になっている 、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9までのいずれかに記載の迅速連結式継 手。 11.スライドスリーブ(18)が、ゴム製またはプラスチック製の保護カバー (18a)で囲われている、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10までのいずれかに記載の迅速連結式 継手。
