Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約3〜約25重量%の樹脂及び約97〜約75重量%のポリエチレンを含 むポリエチレンフィルムであって、樹脂が約10000ダルトン未満の重量平均 分子量(Mw)を有し、そしてポリエチレンが約0.95〜約0.965g/c cの範囲の密度を有する、前記のポリエチレンフィルム。 2.樹脂が約5000ダルトン未満の重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する、請求 項1のポリエチレンフィルム。 3.フィルムが約3%〜約15%の樹脂を含む、請求項1のポリエチレンフィ ルム。 4.樹脂が、さらにジシクロペンタジエン(DCPD)に富むオレフィン供給 原料を熱重合することによって誘導された樹脂を含む、請求項1のポリエチレン フィルム。 5.樹脂が、さらにC9炭化水素供給原料流れの重合から誘導される樹脂を含 む、請求項1のポリエチレンフィルム。 6.樹脂が、さらに水素化樹脂を含む、請求項4または5のポリエチレンフィ ルム。 7.樹脂が、さらに純粋なモノマーの重合から誘導される樹脂を含む、請求項 1のポリエチレンフィルム。 8.純粋なモノマーが、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、4−メチルスチレン 及びビニルトルエンより成る群から選択される、請求項7のポリエチレンフィル ム。 9.樹脂がテルペンオレフィンから製造される、請求項1のポリエチレンフィ ルム。 10.テルペンオレフィンがリモネンを含む、請求項9のポリエチレンフィル ム。 11.ポリエチレンフィルムがキャストフィルムから成る、請求項1のポリエ チレンフィルム。 12.ポリエチレンフィルムが延伸フィルムから成る、請求項1のポリエチレ ンフィルム。 13.延伸フィルムが二軸延伸フィルムから成る、請求項12のポリエチレン フィルム。 14.二軸延伸フィルムが吹き込みフィルム法によって製造される、請求項1 3のポリエチレンフィルム。 15.二軸延伸されたフィルムがテンターフィルム延伸法によって製造される 、請求項14のポリエチレンフィルム。 16.樹脂及びエチレンポリマーを含むポリエチレンフィルムの製造のための マスターバッチであって、樹脂が約10000ダルトン未満の重量平均分子量( Mw)を有し、そしてエチレンポリマーが約0.87〜約0.965g/ccの 範囲の密度を有する、前記のマスターバッチ。 17.樹脂が約5000ダルトン未満の重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する、請 求項16のマスターバッチ。 18.エチレンポリマーが約0.90〜約0.965g/ccの範囲の密度を 有する、請求項16のマスターバッチ。 19.マスターバッチが約2〜約25重量%のエチレンポリマー及び約98〜 約75重量%の樹脂を含む、請求項16のマスターバッチ。 20.樹脂がマスターバッチの約70〜約80重量%を構成する、請求項19 のマスターバッチ。 21.樹脂が、さらにジシクロペンタジエン(DCPD)に富むオレフィン供 給原料を熱重合することによって誘導された樹脂を含む、請求項16のマスター バッチ。 22.樹脂が、さらにC9炭化水素供給原料流れの重合から誘導される樹脂を 含む、請求項16のマスターバッチ 23.樹脂が、さらに水素化樹脂を含む、請求項21または22のマスターバ ッチ。 24.樹脂が、さらに純粋なモノマーの重合から誘導される樹脂を含む、請求 項16のマスターバッチ。 25.純粋なモノマーが、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、4−メチルスチレ ン及びビニルトルエンより成る群から選択される、請求項24のマスターバッチ 。 26.樹脂がテルペンオレフィンから製造される、請求項16のマスターバッ チ。 27.テルペンオレフィンがリモネンを含んで成る、請求項26のマスターバ ッチ。 28.a)ポリエチレンを樹脂とブレンドしてブレンドを形成する工程 b)ブレンドを押し出してフィルムを形成する工程 を含む、ポリエチレンフィルムの製造方法であって、フィルムが約3〜約25重 量%の樹脂及び約97〜約75重量%のポリエチレンを含み、樹脂が約1000 0ダルトン未満の重量平均分子量(Mw)を有し、そしてポリエチレンが約0. 95〜約0.965g/ccの範囲の密度を有する、前記の方法。 29.樹脂が約5000ダルトン未満の重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する、請 求項28の方法。 30.炭化水素樹脂がマスターバッチの形態である、請求項28の方法。 31.マスターバッチがさらに請求項16、17、18、19、20、21、 22、23、24、24、25または26のマスターバッチから成る、請求項3 0の方法。 32.ブレンドはスリットダイを通してキャスティングロール上に押し出され 、そしてブレンドを溶融状態である間に最終フィルム厚さに延伸する工程をさら に含む、請求項28の方法。 33.ブレンドがチューブに押し出され、そして該チューブを内部空気圧を使 用して最終フィルム厚さに膨らませる工程をさらに含む、請求項28の方法。 34.ブレンドをテンターフレーム上で最終フィルム厚さに膨らませる工程を さらに含む、請求項28の方法。
