Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 酸化可能な有機化合物を含有する酸素捕獲フィルムを用意すること並びに 該フィルムを、少なくとも100mJ/cm2のUV−C光の線量を有するフィ ルムを提供するために充分な、波長、強度及び滞留時間でUV−C光の光源に曝 露することからなる、酸素捕獲フィルムの作動化方法。 2. 該波長が200nm〜280nmである、請求項1記載の方法。 3. 該フィルムを、殺菌性波長でUV−C光の光源に曝露する、請求項1記載 の方法。 4. 該フィルムを、少なくとも0.8mW/cm2の強度でUV−C光の光源 に曝露する、請求項1記載の方法。 5. 該フィルムを、3.0〜10mW/cm2の強度でUV−C光の光源に曝 露する、請求項1記載の方法。 6. 該フィルムを、該光源と該フィルムとの間の1〜3cmの距離でUV−C 光の光源に曝露する、請求項1記載の方法。 7. 該フィルムを、350mJ/cm2〜600mJ/cm2のUV−C光の線 量を該フィルムに照射するために充分な、強 度及び滞留時間でUV−C光の光源に曝露する、請求項1記載の方法。 8. 該フィルムを、350mJ/cm2〜550mJ/cm2のUV−C光の線 量を該フィルムに照射するために充分な、強度及び滞留時間でUV−C光の光源 に曝露する、請求項7記載の方法。 9. 該曝露工程が更に、該フィルムを、1m〜12mの通路に亘って、1m/ 分〜30m/分の該通路に沿った該フィルムの速度で、該UV−C光の光源に曝 露することを含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。 10. 該曝露工程が、該フィルムを15〜90秒間、該UV−C光の光源に曝 露することを含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。 11. 更に、UV−C曝露読み取り可能ラベルを該フィルムに適用し、該ラベ ルを読み取って、該ラベルが曝露されたUV−C光の線量を決定する工程を含ん でなる、請求項1記載の方法。 12. 更に、該UV−C光の光源によって放射されたUV−C光の線量をモニ ターする工程を含んでなる、請求項1記載の 方法。 13. 更に、それが0.1mW/cm2以下の有効放射照度Eを有するように 、UV−C光の光源をシールドする工程を含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。 14. 該酸化可能な有機化合物が少なくとも1000の分子量を有し、置換エ チレン性不飽和炭化水素ポリマー、非置換エチレン性不飽和炭化水素ポリマー及 びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の方法。 15. 該作動化されたフィルムが、4℃で1cc/m2/日〜100cc/m2 /日の酸素捕獲速度を有する、請求項1記載の方法。 16. 該酸素捕獲包装物が、包装後7日以内に、0.5%以下の残留酸素含有 量を有する、請求項1記載の方法。 17. 該曝露工程が、該フィルムを、複数回の分離した時間で該UV−C光の 光源に曝露することを含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。 18. 200nmと280nmとの間の波長を有するUV−C光を放射するた めの手段、UV−C光を放射するための該手段に付随したフィルム通路を規定す るための手段及び酸化可能 な有機化合物を有するフィルムを該フィルム通路に供給し、それによって該フィ ルムを少なくとも100mJ/cm2の該UV−C光の線量に曝露して、作動化 されたフィルムを提供するための手段からなる、酸素捕獲フィルムの作動化装置 。 19. 200nmと280nmとの間の波長を有するUV−C光を放射するた めの手段、 UV−C光を放射するための該手段に付随したフィルム通路を規定するための 手段、 酸化可能な有機化合物を有するフィルムを該フィルム通路に供給し、それによ って該フィルムを少なくとも100mJ/cm2の該UV−C光の線量に曝露し て、作動化されたフィルムを提供するための手段、 該作動化されたフィルムを、物品を包装するための手段に供給するための手段 及び該作動化されたフィルムを物品に適用して包装物を作り、それによって該作 動化されたフィルムを連続的に作動化し、該包装物の中に含有させて、酸素捕獲 包装物を提供するための手段からなる、包装システム。 20. 酸素捕獲フィルムが、酸化可能な有機化合物及び遷移金属触媒を含んで なる、請求項1記載の方法。 21. 該遷移金属触媒が、コバルトの遷移金属塩、マンガンの遷移金属塩及び これらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項20記載の方法。 22. フィルムが、酸化可能な有機化合物及び遷移金属触媒からなる、請求項 18記載の装置。 23. フィルムが、酸化可能な有機化合物及び遷移金属触媒からなる、請求項 19記載のシステム。
