Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可撓性基材層、および、 a)非ポリマー材料からなるホール輸送層、または、 b)非ポリマー材料からなる電子輸送層、 を含む有機発光デバイスを含む、可撓性有機発光デバイス。 2.前記有機発光デバイスは非ポリマー材料からなるホール輸送層および非ポ リマー材料からなる電子輸送層を含む、請求項1記載の可撓性有機発光デバイス 。 3.前記有機発光デバイスは非ポリマー材料からなる別個の発光層をさらに含 む、請求項1記載の可撓性有機発光デバイス。 4.前記可撓性基材は透明である、請求項1記載の可撓性有機発光デバイス。 5.前記可撓性基材はポリマーである、請求項1記載の可撓性有機発光デバイ ス。 6.前記可撓性基材はポリエステルを含む、請求項1記載の可撓性有機発光デ バイス。 7.前記有機発光デバイスはインジウム錫オキシドからなる陽極層をさらに含 む、請求項1記載の可撓性有機発光デバイス。 8.前記ホール輸送層はN,N’−ジフェニル−N,N’−ビス(3−メトキ シフェニル)1−1’ビフェニル−4,4’ジアミンを含む、請求項1記載の可 撓性有機発光デバイス。 9.前記電子輸送層はトリス−(8−ヒドロキシキノリン)アルミニウムを含 む、請求項1記載の可撓性有機発光デバイス。 10.可撓性基材、 前記可撓性基材上にある陽極層、 前記陽極層上にあるホール輸送層、 前記ホール輸送層上にある電子輸送層、および、 前記電子輸送層上にある陰極層、 を含み、前記ホール輸送層または前記電子輸送層が非ポリマー材料からなる、可 撓性有機発光デバイス。 11.可撓性基材、 前記可撓性基材上にある陰極層、 前記陰極層上にあるホール輸送層、 前記ホール輸送層上にある電子輸送層、および、 前記電子輸送層上にある陽極層、 を含み、前記ホール輸送層または前記電子輸送層が非ポリマー材料からなる、可 撓性有機発光デバイス。 12.可撓性基材上に有機発光デバイスを形成させることを含む可撓性有機発 光デバイスの製造法であって、 前記有機発光デバイスの形成は、ホール輸送層を真空蒸着する工程または電子 輸送層を真空蒸着する工程を含む、方法。 13.前記有機発光デバイスの形成の工程はホール輸送層を真空蒸着する工程 および電子輸送層を真空蒸着する工程を含む、請求項12記載の方法。 14.前記有機発光デバイスの形成の工程は、別個の発光層を真空蒸着する工 程を含む、請求項12記載の方法。 15.可撓性有機発光デバイスをディスプレー装置中に取り込むことを含むデ ィスプレー装置の製造法であって、 前記可撓性有機発光デバイスは、ホール輸送層を真空蒸着する工程または電子 輸送層を真空蒸着する工程を含む方法を用いて、可撓性基材上に形成される、方 法。 16.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の可撓性有機発光デバイスを含む、 ディスプレー。 17.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の可撓性有機発光デバイスの電子輸 送層を含む、乗物。 18.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の可撓性有機発光デバイスの電子輸 送層を含む、コンピュータ。 19.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の可撓性有機発光デバイスの電子輸 送層を含む、テレビジョン。 20.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の可撓性有機発光デバイスの電子輸 送層を含む、プリンター。 21.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の可撓性有機発光デバイスの電子輸 送層を含む、壁、シアターまたはスタジアムスクリーン。 22.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の可撓性有機発光デバイスを含む、 ビルボードまたはサイン。 23.可撓性の透明なポリエステル基材、 前記可撓性の透明なポリエステル基材上にある、インジウム錫オキシドからな る陽極層、 前記陽極層の上にある、N,N’−ジフェニル−N,N’−ビス(3−メトキ シフェニル)1−1’ビフェニル−4,4’ジアミンからなるホール輸送層、 前記ホール輸送層上にある、トリス−(8−ヒドロキシキノリン)アルミニウ ムからなる電子輸送層、および、 前記電子輸送層の上にある陰極層、 を含む、可撓性有機発光デバイス。
