Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.長手方向Xと横方向Yを決める機台10と;機台上で長手方向及び横方向に 制御された態様で調節可能とされた可動支柱12と;長手方向X及び横方向Y との両方向に垂直に延びるスピンドル軸Zに沿って可動支柱12上に制御され た態様で調節可能となっている少なくとも一つの工具スピンドル18と;棒状 材料Wwo押しとうすことが可能なクランプ手段20を有する被加工物支持部 20と;クランプ手段22を通って棒状材料を押す供給手段40とを有し、被 加工物支持部20は、制御された態様で被加工物支持部が回転調整可能なクラ ンプ軸線Cを画定し、棒状材料Wはクランプ手段22内にクランプ可能となっ ており、機械加工される被工作物W1を形成する棒状材料Wの前方部が工具ス ピンドル18の加工範囲内に配置される棒状材料Wを加工して個々の工作物W 1とするための穿孔・フライス削り機構において、 被工作物支持部20が、クランプ軸線Cとスピンドル軸線Zとの両軸線に対 して垂直に延びるピボット軸線Dの周りで、かつ少なくともスピンドル軸線と 直交するクランプ軸線Cの位置からスピンドル軸線Zに平行なクランプ軸線の 位置までの範囲内で、制御された態様で、ピボット旋回可能となっており、機 台10は機械加工する被工作物W1から離間した棒状材料の端部が陽動して移 動するピボット旋回スペース36を有し、かつ供給手段40が棒状材料Wのピ ボット旋回動作を妨げない位置に移動可能となっていることを特徴とする穿孔 ・フライス削り機構。 2.被工作物支持部のピボット軸線Dがそのクランプ軸線と交差していることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載した穿孔・フライス削り機構。 3.被工作物支持部20が、クランプ軸線Cが棒状材料Wがクランプ手段を通っ て押される方向にみて下方に傾斜している図6に示す受け取り位置にピボット 旋回され、かつそれに従って傾斜し、ピボット旋回スペース36から離間する ロッドガイド手段38が被工作物支持部20の上流に位置していることを特徴 とする請求項1または2に記載した穿孔・フライス削り機構。 4.被工作物支持部20が旋盤作業をするのに十分な回転速度でクランプ軸の周 りに回転駆動されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記 載した穿孔・フライス削り機構。
