Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 実質的にフッ素化されていない層と、 ヘキサフルオロプロピレンおよびテトラフルオロエチレンモノ マーの1つ以上、 および1つ以上のフッ素化されていないオレフィン性不飽和モ ノマーを含み、 フッ化ビニリデンモノマーを実質的に含まないで誘導される共 重合モノマー単位を含むフルオロポリマーのフッ素化層とを含み、 脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンを含有しない多層製品に比較して、層間に付 着性の増大を提供する脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンをさらに含む多層製品。 2. 実質的にフッ素化されていない層が、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリウ レタン、カルボキシル-、無水物-、またはイミド官能性ポリオレフィン、および それらの混合物から選択される実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマーを含む実 質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー材料からできている請求項1に記載の多層 製品。 3. フッ素化されていないオレフィン性不飽和モノマーが、エチレン、プロ ピレン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される請求項1に記載の多層 製品。 4. フルオロポリマーが、テトラフルオロエチレンまたはヘキサフルオロプ ロピレンの1つ以上、および1つ以上のエチレンまたはプロピレンから本質的に なるモノマーから誘導される共重合単位 のポリマーである請求項1に記載の多層製品。 5. 脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンが、実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー 全体に存在する請求項1に記載の多層製品。 6. 多層製品がホース、チューブ、または容器である請求項1に記載の多層 製品。 7. 製品が耐薬品性である請求項1に記載の多層製品。 8. 脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンが、ヘキサメチレンジアミンおよびドデカン ジアミンからなる群より選択される請求項1に記載の多層製品。 9. (a) 脂肪族ジまたはポリアミン、および実質的にフッ素化されて いないポリマーを含む実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー材料を用意するス テップと、 (b) ヘキサフルオロプロピレンおよびテトラフルオロエチレンモ ノマーの1つ以上、 および1つ以上のフッ素化されていないオレフィン性不飽和モ ノマーを含み、 フッ化ビニリデンモノマーを実質的に含まないモノマーから誘 導される共重合モノマー単位を含むフルオロポリマーを用意するステップと、 (c) フルオロポリマーからできているフッ素化層に接触した、実 質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー材料からできており、脂肪族ジまたはポリ アミンを含まない多層製品に比較して、2層間の 付着結合強度を増大するのに十分な量で、脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンが存在する 実質的にフッ素化されていない層を含む多層製品を形成するステップと を含むフルオロポリマーと実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー材料との間の 付着結合強度を増大する方法。 10. (a) 実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー材料を用意するステ ップと、 (b) ヘキサフルオロプロピレンおよびテトラフルオロエチレンモ ノマーの1つ以上、 および1つ以上のフッ素化されていないオレフィン性不飽和モ ノマーを含み、 フッ化ビニリデンモノマーを実質的に含まないモノマーから誘 導される共重合モノマー単位を含むフルオロポリマーを用意するステップと、 (c) 実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー材料および/または フルオロポリマーの1つ以上に、脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンを適用するステップ と、 (d) フルオロポリマーからできているフッ素化層に接触した、実 質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー材料からできており、脂肪族ジまたはポリ アミンを含まない実質的にフッ素化されていない層とフッ素化層との間の付着結 合強度に比較して、実質的にフッ素化されていない層とフッ素化層の間の付着結 合強度を増大するのに十分な量で、脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンが、実質的にフッ 素化されていない層および/またはフッ素化層の1つ以上に適用された、実質的 にフッ素化されていない層を含む多層製品を形成するステップとを含むフルオロ ポリマーと実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー 材料との間の付着結合強度を増大する方法。 11. 液体を用意するステップと、 実質的にフッ素化されていない層と、 ヘキサフルオロプロピレンおよびテトラフルオロエチ レンモノマーの1つ以上、 および1つ以上のフッ素化されていないオレフィン性 不飽和モノマーを含み、 フッ化ビニリデンモノマーを実質的に含まないで誘導 される共重合モノマー単位を含むフルオロポリマーのフッ素化層とを含む多層製 品を用意するステップと、 脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンを含有しない多層製品に比較して、層間に付 着性の増大を提供する脂肪族ジまたはポリアミンをさらに含む多層製品を用意す るステップと、 液体を多層製品に接触するステップと を含む多層製品を使用する方法。 12. 液体が蒸気である請求項11に記載の方法。
