2. Description of the Related Art In the conventional beds for persons with disabilities and nursing care, the technique for raising the upper half of the patient is the mainstream. However, with this technique alone, the patient does not stand up spontaneously or sit in a chair with his / her feet off the bed. Therefore, from the viewpoint of medical treatment and rehabilitation of patients, etc., compared to healthy subjects, the systemic circulation of body fluids is much less than the usage of muscles in various parts of the body, and mental recovery, stress relief, etc. Therefore, it is not possible to create a state close to that of sitting on a chair with the legs lowered.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention Conventional utility model registration No. 3038378 publication mentioned above or Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-0
In the slide bed described in Japanese Patent No. 42053, the load of the sliding portion is supported by the supporting leg member, and the bed is prevented from falling when sliding. However, from the viewpoint of treatment, medical treatment, safety, etc. of the patient, it is preferable that the bed is at a height as close to the floor as possible when sleeping. From the caregiver side, it is preferable to raise the height of the caregiver so that the caregiver can take care of it efficiently. Therefore, in beds for nursing care or persons with physical disabilities in recent years, those having a structure in which the height of the bed is changed are becoming common. In addition, when transferring a patient on a slide bed to a wheelchair or portable toilet, if the waist height of the slide bed is higher than that of the wheelchair, etc. It is preferable to be able to adjust the height of the slide bed because the work efficiency of (3) is improved. Further, even in patients and the like, the size of the body, particularly the length of the legs, varies depending on the individual, and it is difficult to change the height of the bed according to the patient or the like with the conventional slide bed structure.

Further, the above-mentioned utility model registration No. 30383
In the case where the sliding member is not supported by the supporting leg member as in Japanese Patent No. 78 or Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-042053, but the supporting member is directly provided from the frame of the bed body, the sliding is performed. The load of the portion to be applied is applied around the bed end on the slide side of the moving mechanism, and it is difficult to move the patient heavily while it is placed. In particular, for beds used by patients, etc., regular sterilization such as disinfection is required, and the slide mechanism used for slide beds is
If metal is used, the problem of corrosion such as rust easily occurs. On the other hand, it is also necessary to keep in mind that a load of 100 kg or more including the weight of a patient or the like is applied to the slide mechanism when the slide mechanism is used. In view of the above, the present invention provides a slide-type bed which is devised with a slide mechanism so that it can be lightly slid, and has a structure that does not hinder the change of the height of the bed itself, and can reduce the burden on caregivers such as attendants. is there.

Further, the lower surfaces of the intermediate slide frames 32 are mounted on the intermediate slide frames, which are individually provided at both ends of the space 130 of the upper frame body 13 in the sliding direction of the movable floor frame body 3 and the fixed floor frame body 2. The intermediate slide frame 32 is supported by a roll 34, and the intermediate slide frame 32 is supported by the intermediate slide frame support roll 33 so that the intermediate slide frame 32 can advance and retract with respect to the upper frame 13 and the fixed floor frame 2. Further, since the gap between the intermediate slide frame mounting roll 34 and the intermediate slide frame supporting roll 33 is wide, in the present embodiment, the guide roll 35 is provided, and when the slide portion is moved, the intermediate slide frame mounting roll 34 is moved to the intermediate slide frame mounting roll 34. The transfer is good. In the above-described embodiment, a large load is applied to the intermediate slide frame mounting roll 34 during sliding, and the intermediate slide frame 32 is displaced slightly downward. Therefore, the intermediate slide frame 32 is centered on the intermediate slide frame mounting roll 34. It will bend upwards. Therefore, when the intermediate slide frame is pulled back, the guide roll 35 and the intermediate slide frame mounting roll 34 may not be delivered smoothly. Therefore, depending on the thickness of the material used for the intermediate slide frame 32, 0.5-1 m
About m, the intermediate slide frame mounting roll 34 is provided so as to be positioned above. Further, although the upper and middle slide frames are arranged vertically and the opening direction is opposite, the invention is not limited to this. That is, the movable floor frame body is not limited to the above configuration as long as it can support the load by two or more slide frames.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the slide portion 4,
(A) is a stored state and (b) is a slide state. A spring 40 connects the central portion of the intermediate slide frame 32 and both ends of the upper slide frame 30 in the sliding direction. Further, pin holes 41 and 42 are formed in two places near the center of the upper slide frame 30 on the left and right, and a pin receiving positioning pinning block 43 is provided in the center of the intermediate slide frame 32. Then, the left and right intermediate slide frame pin insertion hole 4 on the sliding side
When the left and right intermediate slide frame positioning bins 44 are inserted into 1, the movement of the upper slide frame 30 on the intermediate slide frame 32 in the pushing direction can be restricted.

As can be seen from this table, in any case, the center of gravity is inside the bed at the start of pulling out, and sliding is relatively easy. Then, after the load is in the state of (c) of FIGS. 6 and 7, an upward load is applied to the rolls c and i. It gets a little heavy. However, the movable floor frame 3 is (a)
It is relatively easy to move the movable floor frame 3 because it is in the state of (b). On the other hand, from the state where the movable floor frame 3 is slid ((e) in FIGS. 6 and 7),
A case of returning to the normal bed state ((a) of FIGS. 6 and 7) will be described. When the intermediate slide frame is not used, the load is applied to two of the support roll a at the end of the upper frame 13 and the support roll at the end of the movable floor frame 3, so that the movable floor frame 3 is the most loaded. When pulled out, the support roll a has 1
A load of 06 kg is applied, and an upward load of 56 kg is applied to the support roll b. Therefore, when the movable floor frame 3 is slid into a normal state, it becomes very heavy. On the other hand, when the intermediate slide frame 32 is used, as shown in the table, the load is on the upper slide frame 30 of the upper frame.
The load applied to the roll e on the slide tip side is 48 kg. The roll g at the end of the upper frame 13 has 98 kg.
Is subject to load. Then, the intermediate slide frame 31
The load when the movable floor frame body 3 is most pulled out is 48 kg in the upward direction, even for the portion of the support roll i provided in the center of the upper frame body 13 that has the same positional relationship as the roll b when not using. . In this state, the upper slide frame 3
When 0 is slid into a normal state, the roll i is loaded with an upward load of 48 kg, and therefore, it is heavy to slide the intermediate slide frame 31.
However, the upper slide frame 30 has a roll e of 5
The upper slide frame 30 can be easily moved with a light force, since the force is 8 kg and the roll f is 8 kg in the upward direction, which is the opposite direction but does not apply a very large force. It can be easily moved to the state of FIG. After that, it is possible to slide by a continuous operation, and at the position of FIG. 7 (d) where the upper slide frame 30 and the intermediate slide frame 31 are almost at the same position,
The load applied to the support roll i is 32 kg in the upward direction and can be pulled back without any problem in practical use.

[Mat 5] Next, the mat 5 placed on the upper surface of the slide bed will be described. The mat 5 includes a leg mat 50, a waist mat 51, or an upper body mat 52.
It is divided into three parts. Here, the upper body mat 52 is
The waist mat 51 or the upper body mat 52 is formed by connecting the waist mat 51 and the upper body mat 52 by an appropriate means such as a cover so that the waist mat 51 and the waist mat 51 can be erected. The leg mat 50, the waist mat 51, and the upper body mat 52 are the mat mounts 60, 61, 6 respectively.
The leg mat 50 and the mat mount 60 are mounted on the fixed floor frame 2 and are fixed by appropriate means. Further, the waist mat 51 and the mat mounting body 61 are mounted on the movable floor frame body 3 and fixed by appropriate means. Further, the upper body mat 52 and the mat placing body 62 are placed on the movable floor frame 3 opposite to the leg mat 50 with the waist mat 51 sandwiched therebetween, and the waist placing mat of the mat placing body 62 is placed. The end portion on the 51 side is pivotally supported by a pivotal support portion 36 provided on the movable floor frame body 3, and the lower surface of the mat placing body 62 is supported by the movable floor frame body 3. Then, the mat mount 62 is manually and electrically operated, not shown.
With the pivot portion 36 as a rotation axis, the end portion of the mat mounting body 62 can be erected. Therefore, the waist mat 51 and the upper body mat 52 move integrally with the movable floor frame 3.

Next, the shape of the end portion of the mat 5 will be described. On the surfaces of the leg mat 50 and the waist mat 51 that contact the mats, a lower end of the mat is cut out.
The cutout shape is, for example, a tapered shape (FIG. 8A).
(B)) or a curved shape (appropriate shape such as FIG. 8C) is used. And the position where the cutout shape is provided is the lower side of the mat, and as shown in FIG. However, the cutout shape may be provided on one or both of the leg mat 50 and the waist mat 51. Thus, the cutout shape may be provided. The reason for this is that when the bed is slid, the resistance of the mat having an elastic force is large, and the sliding force is large, and the covers or sheets that normally cover the leg mat 50 and the waist mat 51 are joined together. Since the contact area is small, less wear is required and the sheets are less involved, making it easy to set. Furthermore, mats generally have a urethane specific gravity of 0.025 on the upper surface side. Therefore, the lower surface side is made of a material having a high urethane specific gravity of approximately 0.07. Therefore, as described above, one or both mat ends should be cut out at the lower side. In this case, the resistance of the mat can be reduced and the pull-out resistance can be reduced. If the lower side of the mat end is notched, draft can easily enter from the end of the mat, and as shown in FIG. As shown, it is preferable to provide the shielding plate 63.

Next, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the above-mentioned balance weight 16 is not fixed to the bed but is moved according to the slide amount. That is, the intermediate slide frame 32 and the movable balance weight 70 movable on the movable guard rail are connected by the wire 72 whose direction is changed by the wire sheave 71 provided in the upper frame 13 (or the fixed floor frame 2). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, when the upper slide frame 30 is moved to the right side from the state of FIG. 10, the intermediate slide frame 32 causes the movable floor frame body 3 to move by the wire 72 as the movable floor frame body 3 slides. It moves to the side opposite to the sliding direction of 3, and acts so as to cancel the movement of the center of gravity of the movable floor frame 3. Therefore, the movable floor frame 3 can be pulled out in any direction, and the slide bed can be used in a wider range. Although it is possible to prevent the fall by using the above-mentioned movement balance weight 70, the fall prevention member 15 as shown in FIG.
Is preferably provided on both sides of the bed base 1.

As described above, according to the sliding bed according to the present invention, the sliding floor has a small sliding resistance because the movable floor frame is slid on both sides by two or more sliding portions. You can move from person to person. Therefore, at the start of sliding, which requires a lot of force, it can be moved with relatively little force. The slide bed of the present invention is stable even when the height is freely adjusted, and the height can be changed. Therefore, when the patient on the slide bed is transferred to a wheelchair or a portable toilet, It is possible to set the waist of the sliding bed to a position slightly higher than the wheelchair and portable toilet,
Since it is possible to transfer to a wheelchair etc. without holding the patient using a slide board etc. by utilizing the height difference, the efficiency of nursing work can be greatly improved. Moreover, since the support member for preventing fall and the slide portion are not integrated, the height of the bed can be easily adjusted. Further, by providing a balance weight on the bed base on the side opposite to the side on which the overturn preventing support member or the movable floor frame is slid, it is possible to more safely prevent the overturning of the sliding bed. Further, by providing a balance weight that moves to the opposite side in conjunction with the sliding movement of the movable floor frame on the bed base, it is possible to slide the slide bed in any direction by providing the movable floor balance weight. It can be used and the usage can be expanded significantly.
