In the conventional pallet and sleeve having such a structure, when the lower end edge of the sleeve 52 is inserted into the recess 51d of the pallet 51 to be assembled, a large number of notches 52e are formed in the lower end edge. Therefore, a large number of beads 51e provided for reinforcement must be escaped, inserted, and attached. In some cases, the sleeve 52 having four surfaces has a warp on one of the surfaces, and in some cases, such conditions are added, and the assembly may not be easily performed. Further, there remains a problem that the lower end edge of the sleeve is deformed after the assembling and is displaced from a predetermined position. Since the notch 52e is formed so as to avoid the bead 51e, the manufacturing process of the sleeve 52 becomes complicated. Reinforcement ribs and the like are formed in various places to increase the strength, but there is a problem in handling, and further improvement in strength is desired. Often stacked when storing pallets, saving space and
It is desired that the stacked state is stable even when a large number of stacked sheets are stacked. A roller conveyor is often used to move the pallet in the factory. At this time, the leg portion 51a on the lower surface of the pallet is placed on the roller in a direction whose longitudinal direction is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the roller. Become. Therefore, the pallet moves up and down each time the grooves 45 shown in FIG. Problems such as these are given as issues to be solved. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container pallet and sleeve that solves the above problems.

A reinforcing bead is provided between the inner wall surface of the outer peripheral edge of the pallet and the end faces of a plurality of load receiving seats formed in parallel in the outer periphery of the pallet. The reinforcing bead is formed from the bottom surface of the pallet formed for inserting the fork of the forklift. The pallet is set at the factory because the projecting leg is diagonally intersected with the longitudinal direction of the leg and the directions of the reinforcing beads are parallel to each other or random with no mutual relation. When the roller conveyor is used to move the inside of the pallet, the groove on the lower surface of the pallet does not fall into the roller to generate noise, and the quietness in the factory can be maintained.
