Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the flat plate-shaped ring member as described above is simply fixed by bonding, when the fishing rod is subjected to a bending load, the reel sheet body bends together with the rod and the bonding is peeled off. There is a possibility that a gap is formed between the ring member and the ring member formed of the hard member, and not only the appearance is deteriorated, but also the meat of the grasping hand is caught in the gap and may be injured.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it difficult to form a gap between the ring member and the reel seat body.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above object, according to claim 1 of the present invention, a grip formed of a flexible member such as cork or EVA is provided behind a reel seat body having at least a rear side hood and through which a rod made of fiber reinforced synthetic resin is inserted. A ring member made of a material harder than the grip member so as to be exposed to the outside between the grip member and the reel seat body, wherein the ring member enters the inside of the reel seat body. A fishing rod comprising a tubular portion, wherein a part of the grip member enters into the tubular portion and is fixed with an adhesive.
The tubular portion in the present application is not limited to a completely closed portion, and includes a case where the circumferential direction is partially notched.
[0005]
Even if the fishing rod undergoes bending deformation, the outer surface of the tubular portion of the ring member is pressed by the inner surface of the reel seat body having a predetermined hardness because it is a structural material, so that the ring member tries to bend together. Is prevented from peeling off.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the fishing rod according to the first aspect, wherein an outer periphery of the tubular portion of the ring member is screwed with an inner surface of the reel seat body.
In addition to being easily attached by screwing, when the fishing rod is bent, the reel sheet body and the ring member are hardly separated from each other by the concave and convex engagement of the screwing portion, and therefore, the peeling of the portion exposed to the outside is more likely. Can be strongly prevented.
[0007]
In the third aspect, a trigger is provided on the reel seat body, and is connected to the grip member or the ring member at a rear side near the trigger, and the rod is moved from the center of the tubular portion to the trigger. It is eccentric to the side where the rod is located, the tubular part of the part approaching the rod is cut out, and further, there is no grip member between the reel seat body and the rod exposed at the notch, and the exposed part 3. The fishing rod according to claim 1, wherein the reel seat body and the rod are joined with an adhesive.
[0008]
In a rod having a trigger (a lure rod), the throwing of the lure and other operations are performed in a gripped state in which a finger is locked to the trigger. This operation is often performed by twisting the rod. Since the connection portion between the trigger portion, the grip member and the ring member is near the rear side of the trigger, the connection portion is located in the hand in the gripping state in which the finger is locked to the trigger. Therefore, in the case of a twisting rod operation, if the rod at this portion is simply bonded to the flexible grip member, the bonded portion is easily peeled off due to torsional deformation of the grip member. In order to stably maintain the rod at this portion, in the present application, the surface of the rod and the reel sheet main body (which is harder than the grip member because of the structural material) are directly bonded and bonded.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view of a handle portion of a lure rod according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged vertical sectional view of a main part thereof. FIG. 3 is a view of the ring member, and FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC of FIG. A fixed hood F for inserting a foot of a reel R is provided at an appropriate position in a rear region of the fiber-reinforced resin rod 10 reinforced with a reinforcing fiber such as carbon fiber using a synthetic resin such as an epoxy resin as a matrix, For example, a reel sheet body 12 formed of a synthetic resin material such as nylon or ABS or a metal material is extrapolated.
[0010]
A movable hood F 'is provided in front of the fixed hood F so as to face the fixed hood F, and the leg of the reel R is held and fixed by the movable hood and the fixed hood. A trigger T is provided near the fixed hood of the reel seat body 12 and at a position (lower side) opposite to the radial direction. A rear grip member 14 made of natural or artificial cork, foamed resin EVA, or the like is provided on the rear side of the reel sheet body. This connection site is near the rear side of the trigger 18. At the boundary between the grip member 14 and the reel seat body 12, a ring member 18 made of metal such as stainless steel or a hard synthetic resin is provided so as to be visible from the outside. Reference numeral 16 denotes a front grip member.
[0011]
A recess 12 </ b> A is formed at the rear end of the reel sheet body 12. The cross-sectional shape of the concave portion has an arbitrary shape such as an oval shape in addition to a circular shape. The ring member 18 has an annular portion 18H exposed to the outside and a tubular portion 18K protruding forward from an inner end of the annular portion, and bonds the outer peripheral surface of the ring member to the inner peripheral surface of the recess. It is fixed. On the other hand, the front end of the rear grip member 14 is provided with a convex portion 14T that enters the inside of the ring member, and the outer peripheral surface of the convex portion and the surface of the step shoulder are the inner peripheral surface and the rear surface of the ring member. Adhesively fixed. The rod 10 is adhesively fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the hollow portion 12H of the reel seat body and the inner peripheral surface of the hollow portion 14H of the rear grip member.
[0012]
In this way, if the ring member has a tubular portion, when the fishing rod is subjected to bending deformation, the outer surface of the tubular portion of the ring member is pushed by the inner peripheral surface of the reel seat body concave portion 12A and tries to bend together, As a result, the entire ring member follows the reel sheet body and is prevented from peeling off. Therefore, the separation between the annular portion 18H and the rear end surface of the reel sheet main body is also prevented, and the flesh of the hand can be prevented from being pinched.
[0013]
Further, if the outer peripheral position of the annular portion 18H is lower than at least the outer peripheral position of the rear end surface of the reel sheet body 12 on the front side, even if the annular portion 18H is separated from the rear end surface of the reel sheet main body, the flesh of the hand is reduced. It is prevented from being pinched. If the outer peripheral position of the end of the rear grip member 14 is also higher than the outer peripheral position of the annular portion 18H, the effect is further enhanced. The same applies to other embodiments described below.
[0014]
In FIG. 4, the ring member 18 has another tubular portion 18A protruding also on the rear grip member side on the rear side, and further has an annular portion 18B protruding radially outward at the rear end of the tubular portion 18A. Provided. For this reason, the joining between the ring member 18 and the rear grip member 14 becomes strong.
[0015]
In FIG. 5, the ring member 18 has another tubular portion 18A protruding also on the rear grip member side on the rear side, which is the same as in FIG. 4, but the lower end of the annular portion 18H is further moved in the center direction. It has an extended portion 18H '. Also in this case, the joining between the ring member 18 and the rear grip member 14 becomes strong.
In FIG. 6, the ring member 18 has another tubular portion 18B whose outer end portion of the annular portion 18H projects rearward. Also in this case, the joining between the ring member 18 and the rear grip member 14 becomes strong.
[0016]
In each of the above embodiments, the rod 10 is slightly eccentric from the center of the ring member 18 toward the trigger T, but is not largely eccentric. FIG. 7 showing the ring member 18 as a structure in the case where the eccentricity is larger is shown in FIG. 7 corresponding to FIG. 3, and FIG. 7B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line GG of FIG. The position of the rod is indicated by a two-dot chain line 10. Through the notch 18KK of the tubular portion cut out to the size of the rod 10, the lower surface of the outer periphery of the rod and the lower part of the inner peripheral surface of the recess 12A of the reel seat body are bonded to each other. The effect is as described above.
[0017]
If the fitting between the inner peripheral portion of the concave portion 12A of the reel sheet main body and the outer peripheral portion of the tubular portion 18K of the ring member is screwed together, peeling becomes more difficult. Also, by forming at least one of the screws instead of the screw, for example, with a random uneven surface, the bonding strength is improved, and peeling is more difficult.
Although a lure rod has been illustrated above, the present invention can be applied to other fishing rods such as a boat rod.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fishing rod in which a gap is hardly generated between the ring member and the reel seat body.
