Claims (30)
- 常用電力に連結された電源端子を有する外部充電装置と、
該外部充電装置に設けられた充電装置認識標識と、
前記充電装置認識標識を検出することが出来る認識標識検出センサと充電バッテリを備え、前記電源端子に自ら接続して前記充電バッテリを充電させるロボット掃除機を含むことを特徴とするロボット掃除機と、
前記外部充電装置の内部に設けられ、前記ロボット掃除機の充電時のみ前記電源端子へ電源を供給する電源取締りユニットとを含むことを特徴とするロボット掃除機システム。 - 前記電源取締りユニットは、
電源端子支持部材と、
一端は前記電源端子支持部材と結合され、他端は電源端子に結合され前記電源端子を弾力よく支持する弾性部材と、
前記電源端子と電源端子支持部材との間に介在し、前記電源端子の位置変化に応じて作動するマイクロスイッチとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロボット掃除機システム。 - 前記電源端子支持部材は、
前記外部電源装置の本体に結合される支持ブラケットと、
前記支持ブラケットの下部面にて設けられ、その上部面に前記マイクロスイッチの結合のために突出形成された結合突起を含む充電電源装置ケースとを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のロボット掃除機システム。 - 前記充電装置認識標識は,前記電源端子の一側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記充電装置認識標識は,再帰反射素材で造られ、前記センサは前記再帰反射素材を検出することができる光センサであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記充電装置認識標識は、前記外部充電装置の前方の床に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記充電装置認識標識は、金属性テープであり、前記センサは前記金属性テープを感知することができる近接センサであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 常用電力に連結された電源端子と、
前記電源端子が設けられ所定の位置に固定された端子台と、
該端子台の前方の床に設けられた充電装置認識標識を含む外部充電装置と、
前記充電装置認識標識が感知できるよう本体の床に設けられた認識標識検出センサと、
前記本体を移動させる駆動部と、
天井を撮像できるよう前記本体上に設けられた上方カメラと、
前記本体の外周に設けられ障害物と衝突時衝突信号を出力するバンパーと、
前記電源端子と接続できるよう前記バンパーに設けられた充電端子と、
前記本体上に設けられ前記充電端子を通して供給される電源が充電される充電バッテリと、
充電命令が受信されれば前記認識標識検出センサを用いて前記充電装置認識標識を検出した後前記外部充電装置に接続するよう前記駆動部を制御する制御部とを含むことを特徴とするロボット掃除機システム。 - 前記充電装置認識標識は、前記端子台と直角に設けられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記認識標識検出センサは、前記バンパーが設けられた方向の本体の床に設けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記認識標識検出センサは、3つのセンサで構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記充電装置認識標識は、金属性テープであり、前記センサは前記金属性テープを感知することができる近接センサであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記制御部は、
前記バンパーの衝突信号が受信された後前記充電端子が前記電源端子と接触された信号を感知した場合だけ前記充電端子が前記電源端子と接続されると判断することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のロボット掃除機システム。 - 前記ロボット掃除機は、
前記充電バッテリの充電量を検出するバッテリ充電量検出部をさらに含み、
前記バッテリ充電量検出部から充電要請信号が受信されれば遂行作業を中断し前記外部充電装置に復帰することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のロボット掃除機システム。 - 前記ロボット掃除機は、
遂行作業が完了された時前記外部充電装置に復帰することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のロボット掃除機システム。 - 常用電力に連結された電源端子と、
前記電源端子が設けられ所定の位置に固定された端子台を含む外部充電装置と、
前記端子台前面の前記電源端子の一側に設けられた充電装置認識標識と、
前記充電装置認識標識を感知することが出来るよう本体に設けられた認識標識検出センサと、
前記本体を移動させる駆動部と、
天井を撮像することができるよう前記本体上に設けられた上方カメラと、
前記本体の外周に設けられ障害物と衝突時衝突信号を出力するバンパーと、
前記電源端子と接続できるよう前記バンパーに設けられた充電端子と、
前記本体上に設けられ前記充電端子を通して電源が充電される充電バッテリと、
充電命令が受信されれば前記認識標識検出センサを用いて前記充電装置認識標識を検出した後、前記外部充電装置に接続するよう前記駆動部を制御する制御部を含むロボット掃除機とを含むことを特徴とするロボット掃除機システム。 - 前記充電装置認識標識は、再帰反射素材で造られ、前記認識標識検出センサ前記再帰反射素材を検出することが出来る光センサであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のロボット掃除機システム。

前記ロボット掃除機の本体に設けられ前記電装置認識標識を検出する認識標識検出センサを含み、
前記遠隔制御機は前記認識標識検出センサを用いて前記充電装置の認識標識を検出した後、前記ロボット掃除機が前記外部充電装置に接続して前記充電バッテリを充電するよう前記駆動部を制御することを特徴とするロボット掃除機システム。 - 前記充電装置認識標識は、前記電源端子の一側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記充電装置の認識標識は、再帰反射素材で造られ、前記センサは前記再帰反射素材を検出することが出来る光センサであることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記充電装置認識標識は、前記外部充電装置の前方の床に設けられることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- 前記充電装置認識標識は、金属性テープであり、前記センサは前記金属性テープを感知することができる近接センサであることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のロボット掃除機システム。
- ロボット掃除機が外部充電装置に接続されたまま作業指示信号に応じて移動しつつ上方カメラによって位置認識用マークが最初に感知される位置の上方イメージを進入位置情報として保存する段階と、
前記ロボット掃除機が指示された作業を行なう段階と、
充電命令信号が入力されれば、前記ロボット掃除機が前記上方カメラで撮像した上方イメージから算出した現在の位置情報と保存された前記進入位置情報を用いて前記進入位置に復帰する段階と、
前記ロボット掃除機本体のセンサで外部充電装置の充電装置認識標識を検出して外部充電装置を検出する段階と、
前記ロボット掃除機が充電端子を前記外部充電装置の電源端子に接続する段階と、
充電端子を通して外部電源を充電バッテリに充電する段階と、を備えることを特徴とするロボット掃除機の外部充電装置の接続方法。 - 前記外部充電装置を検出する段階は、
前記ロボット掃除機が前方に走行する段階と、
前記ロボット掃除機が走行中に前方に障害物があるかを判断する段階と、
障害物があれば、前記ロボット掃除機が前記障害物を追って一方向に走行する段階と、
前記ロボット掃除機の走行中に充電装置認識標識が検出されるかを判断する段階と、
前記充電装置認識標識が検出されれば前記外部充電装置の接続段階に進む段階と、
前記充電装置認識標識が検出されなければ、基準距離を越えたかを判断して前記ロボット掃除機が180°回転して前記障害物を追って走行する段階と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項25に記載のロボット掃除機の外部充電装置の接続方法。 - 前記外部充電装置の接続段階は、
前記ロボット掃除機が、充電端子が前記外部充電装置に向かうよう回転した後走行する段階と、
前記ロボット掃除機が走行しつつバンパーの衝突信号が受信されるかを判断する段階と、
前記バンパーの衝突信号が受信された後前記ロボット掃除機の充電端子が前記外部充電装置の電源端子に接触された信号が受信されるかを判断する段階と、
前記バンパーの衝突信号の受信後充電端子の接触信号が受信されなければ、前記ロボット掃除機が走行角度を一定角度修正して前記接触信号が受信されるかを確かめる段階と、
前記ロボット掃除機が走行角度を所定回数修正しても前記接触信号が受信されなければ前記ロボット掃除機を前記進入位置に後退させる段階と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項25に記載のロボット掃除機の外部充電装置の接続方法。 - 前記ロボット掃除機が走行角度を修正する角度は15°であることを特徴とする請求項27に記載のロボット掃除機の外部充電装置の接続方法。
- 前記ロボット掃除機の走行角度を修正する回数は、6回であることを特徴とする請求項28に記載のロボット掃除機の外部充電装置の接続方法。
- 前記充電命令信号は、前記作業遂行の段階において充電量が足りないか遂行作業が完了されれば発信されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載のロボット掃除機の外部充電装置の接続方法。
