Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems that much labor and time are required for mounting and demounting a bag and there are difficulties in wide utilization because the shape of a tool for collecting dung used during walking of a dog is complicated in structure or requires other parts such as a rubber band for holding the bag and most of the tool for collecting the dung requires a fixed size of the corresponding bag or a bag for exclusive use. <P>SOLUTION: The tool for collecting the dung of the dog is composed so as to apply tension to the bag by spring effects of arm parts 2 and hold the bag. この発明は、犬の散歩時等に用いる犬の糞取り器の形状に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、ペットの糞処理具として数多の構造のものが提案されているが、路上に落ちる前に受け取るタイプの犬の糞取り器としては、たとえば、図５に示すように、柄部の先端に掛け輪部分を取り付け、この掛け輪部分に専用の処理袋を輪ゴム、あるいは、紐等で固定するようにしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前述する従来の技術によれば、専用の袋を必要とするほか、糞受け用の袋状のものを取り付けるための輪ゴムや、糞を収容した袋を受ける為の別の袋を必要とし、さらに、掛け輪部分への袋の装着、糞を収容した袋の取り外し処理を行うに際して手を汚さず袋を掛け輪部分から取り外すことに煩わしさを有するものである。
そこで、この発明は、袋の取り付け取り外しが簡便でかつ安価な犬の糞取り器を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決するために、請求項１の発明は、掛け環の先端を切り欠き２本の腕状となし、別に設けられた突起部と共に、糞受け用の袋状の物を取り付けるに便ならしめたことを特徴とする犬の糞取り器である。
また、請求項２の発明は、腕状部分には、必要に応じリブを設けスプリング（バネ）の効果を持たせ、取り付ける袋状の物に張力を与えて多数のサイズの袋を取り付け得るようにしたことを特徴とする犬の糞取り器ある。
また、請求項３の発明は、先端の切り欠き部は、適切な間隔を持たして、糞の回収後その量が多いときであってもそのまま前方に簡単に取りはずしが出来ることが可能な形状を特徴とする犬の糞取り器である。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の一実施形態を、図１に示す。
糞取り器本体は、プラスチックで、掛け輪先端に切り欠き部１を持ち、これにより掛け輪部分が図に示すように腕状２となる。さらに、ス−パ−などで使われる買い物袋などの使用に便なるように引っかけ用の突起３を設けた。また腕状２に適当なスプリング効果を持たせるため、腕状２の補強を兼ねたリブ４を有する。本発明による糞取り器は、袋で柄をのぞく部分を覆うので、本体に糞がつかず衛生的である。また、糞が地面に落ちる前に受けるので、地面を汚さず、環境美化に役立つ。

「実施形態の効果」
この実施形態によれば、腕状部分のスプリング効果で、袋にたいして適度の張力をあたえ、しかも複数種のサイズの袋に対応できる。この方法では、袋の保持に特殊な構造が不要であり、また、ゴム輪や袋を受ける袋など他の部品を必要としない。

【発明の効果】
