Abstract
【解決手段】セラミック懸濁物を歯の形状の型に注型することによるセラミック網状構造物を製造するための方法に関する。懸濁物は、pH範囲約4〜5を有し、ポリビニルアルコールの濃度範囲約0.5〜1重量%を有する脱イオン水を含有する媒体に分散させたアルミナ粒子を含む。懸濁物を石膏歯型にスリップ注型し、成形された懸濁物を乾燥させて懸濁物より水を抜き取る。ついで、乾燥させた懸濁物を炉内温度範囲約1,000〜1,400℃で燃焼させ、セラミック網状構造物を形成する。乾燥させた懸濁物を燃焼させた後、ランタンアルミノシリケートガラスをセラミック網状構造物の冠状部分に注入して、セラミック網状構造物内に厚さ範囲約1〜2mmを有するガラス層を形成する。ついで、モノマー溶液をガラス層内のセラミック網状構造物の少なくとも一部に注入する。

Claims (5)
- 水および分散剤を含有する媒体中に分散されたセラミック粒子を含むセラミック懸濁物からセラミック網状構造物を製造するための方法であって、
前記懸濁物を型に注型し;
前記成形された懸濁物を乾燥して前記懸濁物から前記水を抜き取り;
前記乾燥した懸濁物を燃焼させてセラミック網状構造物を形成し;
前記セラミック網状構造物の少なくとも一部に金属合金を注入する;
各工程を含む方法。 - 水および分散剤を含有する媒体中に分散されたセラミック粒子を含むセラミック懸濁物からセラミック網状構造物を製造するための方法であって、
前記懸濁物を型に注型し;
前記成形された懸濁物を乾燥して前記懸濁物から前記水を抜き取り;
前記乾燥した懸濁物を燃焼させてセラミック網状構造物を形成し;
前記セラミック網状構造物の少なくとも一部に低溶融温度ガラスを注入する;各工程を含む方法。 - 水および分散剤を含有する媒体に分散されたセラミック粒子を含むセラミック懸濁物からセラミック網状構造物を製造するための方法であって、
前記懸濁物を型に注型し;
前記成形された懸濁物を乾燥して前記懸濁物から前記水を抜き取り;
前記乾燥した懸濁物を燃焼させてセラミック網状構造物を形成し;
前記セラミック網状構造物の少なくとも一部にモノマーを注入し;前記型が、歯の形状であり;
低溶融温度ガラスを前記セラミック網状構造物の冠状部分に注入し;
前記セラミック網状構造物内に厚さ範囲1〜2mmのガラス層を形成する工程を含み;前記部分が前記ガラス層内にある方法によって製造される歯形。 - 前記ガラス層が、硬度範囲300〜600KHNと弾性モジュラス範囲1.056〜1.76×106kg/cm2(15〜25×106psi)とを有する、請求項3に記載の歯形。
- さらに、前記一部内に形成された中空部分を含む、請求項3に記載の歯形。
