Abstract
【解決手段】 下孔3を設けた熱可塑性樹脂製の基材2に、下孔に嵌入可能な外径を有する熱可塑性樹脂製の部品1を高速回転しながら圧入することにより、溶融させた基材の下孔の内壁と部品の外壁を互いに不規則な形状に変形させて入り組ませて固着する。

Claims (3)
- 下孔を設けた熱可塑性樹脂製の基材に、下孔に嵌入可能な外径を有する熱可塑性樹脂製の部品を高速回転させながら圧入することにより、溶融させた基材の下孔の内壁と部品の外壁を互いに不規則な形状に変形させて入り組ませて固着することを特徴とするスピン溶着方法。
- 溶融させた基材の下孔の内壁と部品の外壁が互いに不規則な形状に変形して入り組んだ時点で部品の回転を瞬時に停止することにより、入り組んだ状態で両者を固化する請求項1記載のスピン溶着方法。
- 部品の圧入速度は0.2乃至1.5mm/秒以下、回転速度は4000乃至6000rmpの範囲内である請求項1又は2記載のスピン溶着方法。
