Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明では、ケイ素ボンドコートと中間コートとトップコートとの3層からなる環境バリア皮膜で、ケイ素含有基材を被覆する。中間コートは、アルミン酸タンタル、アルミン酸ニオブ又はこれら2種の混合物から構成できる。中間コートは、ボンドコート及びトップコートとの固体表面下反応を阻止し、高温でのシリカとの反応に実質的に不活性である。

Claims (10)
- ケイ素含有基材(110)と、
基材(110)上のケイ素含有ボンドコート(120)と、
ボンドコート(120)上の、アルミン酸タンタル及びアルミン酸ニオブの少なくとも一方を含有する中間コート(130)と、
中間コート(130)上のトップコート(140)と
を含む物品(100)。 - アルミン酸タンタル及びアルミン酸ニオブの少なくとも一方が中間コート(130)の約95〜100モル%を占める、請求項1記載の物品(100)。
- 中間コート(130)がほぼアルミン酸タンタル及びアルミン酸ニオブの少なくとも一方のみからなる、請求項1記載の物品(100)。
- 中間コート(130)が1000℃より高温でSiO2に実質的に不活性である、請求項1記載の物品(100)。
- トップコート(140)がアルミノケイ酸ストロンチウムバリウムを含有する、請求項1記載の物品(100)。
- 基材(110)が炭化ケイ素及び窒化ケイ素の少なくとも一方を含有する、請求項1記載の物品(100)。
- 基材(110)が炭化ケイ素及び窒化ケイ素の少なくとも一方をマトリックス材料に分散させた構成である、請求項1記載の物品(100)。
- さらにボンドコート(120)と中間コート(130)との間にシリカ層を含む、請求項1記載の物品(100)。
- ケイ素含有基材(110)上にケイ素含有ボンドコート(120)を設け、
ボンドコート(120)上に、アルミン酸タンタル及びアルミン酸ニオブの少なくとも一方を含有する中間コート(130)を設け、
中間コート(130)上にトップコート(140)を設ける
工程を含む物品(100)の製造方法。 - ケイ素含有基材(110)と、
基材(110)上のケイ素含有ボンドコート(120)と、
中間コート(130)と、
ボンドコート(120)及び中間コート(130)間に位置するシリカ含有層と、
