Abstract
【解決手段】テトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂70〜93重量%、炭素繊維5〜28重量%および石炭コークス2〜25重量%からなるテトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂組成物。このテトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂組成物は、耐摩耗性、特に表面の粗い相手材に対する自己の耐摩耗性を向上させた摺動材を与えることができ、トランスミッション等のシールリングをはじめとして、建機・産機等でも同様のシール部位に適用可能である。

Claims (5)
- テトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂70〜93重量%、炭素繊維5〜28重量%および石炭コークス2〜25重量%からなるテトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 平均繊維径5〜20μm、平均繊維長20〜500μmの炭素繊維が用いられた請求項1記載のテトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 平均粒径1〜100μmの石炭コークスが用いられた請求項1記載のテトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 摺動材の成形材料として用いられる請求項1記載のテトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1記載のテトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体樹脂組成物から成形された摺動材。
