Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、可変ピッチベーンのピボットのための円滑な軸受けを提供するためのターボ機械ケーシング内に取り付けるための、セラミックベースのブッシング10に関する。ブッシングは、金属ジャケット11と、前記金属ジャケットの内側壁部11aにろう付けによって固着されるセラミックリング16とによって構成されている。本発明は、また、そのようなブッシングを用いてケーシングに取り付けられたピボットを伴う、可変ピッチステータベーンを有するターボ機械コンプレッサも提供する。

Claims (7)
- 可変ピッチベーン(3)のピボット(5)のための円滑な軸受けを形成するために、ターボ機械のケーシング(2)を貫通する開口部(6)内に取り付けるためのセラミックベースのブッシングであって、該ブッシングが、金属ジャケット(11)と、前記金属ジャケット(11)の内側壁部(11a)にろう付けによって固着されるセラミックリング(16)とによって構成されることを特徴とする、ブッシング。
- ジャケット(11)が、円筒状であり、且つ端部の一方には、径方向外方へ延びるカラー(13)を呈することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブッシング。
- カラー(13)が、外側面にろう付けによって固着されたセラミックワッシャ(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のブッシング。
- セラミックリングが、1つ以上の部品から作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のブッシング。
- 外側ケーシング(2)と、前記外側ケーシング(2)を通して形成される開口部(6)を貫通するピッチ制御ピボット(5)を伴い、且つ挿入される円滑な軸受けを形成するセラミックベースのブッシングを伴う少なくとも1セットの可変ピッチステータベーン(3)とを有する、ターボ機械のコンプレッサであって、ブッシングが、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のブッシングであることを特徴とする、コンプレッサ。
- ピボット(5)は、ニッケル、鉄、またはコバルトに基づく金属材料から構成され、且つ前記ピボットに焼きばめされる挿入リング(30)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 挿入リングが、ベーンのプレート(4)上のカラー(31)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のコンプレッサ。
