Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも約75℃のTgを有する高Tgフェノキシ型材料の被覆組成物を物品表面の少なくとも一部分に適用し、この物品表面上に上記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む乾燥/硬化された被覆を形成することによって物品が被覆される。ここで、この被覆は高Tgフェノキシ型材料およびPHAEを含むか、またはこの物品表面がPHAEを含有する被覆を含むか、またはこの被覆が高Tgフェノキシ型材料およびPHAEをさらに含み、上記物品表面がPHAEの被覆層を含有する。

Claims (17)
- 物品を被覆する方法であって、
少なくとも約75℃のTgを有する高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む被覆組成物を物品表面の少なくとも一部分に適用する工程と、
前記物品表面上に前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む乾燥/硬化された被覆を形成する工程と、を含み、
前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む前記被覆組成物は、PHAEをさらに含む、または、
前記物品表面はPHAEを含む被覆を含む、または、
前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む前記被覆は、PHAEをさらに含み、かつ、前記物品表面は、PHAEを含む被覆層を含む、方法。 - 前記適用された被覆組成物は、前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む分散物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分散物は、PHAEをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記分散物は、当該分散物中の全固体重量に基づいて、PHAE材料を約90から約50重量%、高Tgフェノキシ型材料を約10から約50重量%含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記分散物は、少なくとも1つの添加物をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記添加物は、UVブロッカー、顔料、架橋剤、及び金属化顔料のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記物品は、熱可塑性予備成形物又は熱可塑性容器である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性物品は、熱可塑性ポリエステルを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリエステルは、PET、PEN、ポリプロピレン、及びPETとPENとのブレンドからなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記物品は、ガラスを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料は、約75℃から約110℃のTgを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適用する工程の前に、前記PHAE材料の分散物と高Tgフェノキシ型材料の分散物とをブレンドして、PHAE材料と高Tgフェノキシ型材料との分散物を形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記PHAE材料と前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料との溶融ブレンドを形成する工程と、
前記溶融ブレンドされた材料を分散させて、前記PHAE材料と前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料との分散物を形成する工程とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記高Tgフェノキシ型材および前記PHAE材料を共押出することにより、前記溶融ブレンドを形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- PHAE材料の分散物を形成する工程と、PHAE材料を含む前記被覆層に浸漬被覆プロセス、吹付塗布プロセス又は流し塗布プロセスを用いて、前記物品に前記PHAE分散物を適用する工程とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 二種類の樹脂を含む被覆組成物であって、
第一樹脂は、高Tgフェノキシ型材料であり、第二樹脂は、PHAE材料であり、
前記二種類の樹脂は、当該二種類の樹脂の全重量に基づいて、PHAEに対する高Tgフェノキシ型材料の重量比が約10:90から約50:50の比で存在し、
前記組成物は、浸漬被覆、吹付塗布又は流し塗布のために調整される前記二種類の樹脂のうち1つであり、過成形のために調整される前記二種類の樹脂の溶融ブレンドである、被覆組成物。 - 表面を備える物品基材と、
少なくとも約75℃のTgを有する高Tgフェノキシ型材料を前記物品表面の少なくとも一部分に有する被覆層と、を備え、
前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む前記被覆層は、PHAEをさらに含む、または、
PHAEを含む被覆層が、前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む前記被覆層と前記物品基材表面の間に配置される、または、
前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む前記被覆層は、PHAEをさらに含み、かつ、PHAEを含む被覆層が、前記高Tgフェノキシ型材料を含む前記被覆層と前記物品基材表面の間に配置される、被覆された物品。
