この組成物は、ヨーロッパ特許第1067100号明細書で記載されているように、自動車用グレージングのための黒色エナメルの組成に使用される場合がある。この亜鉛フリットはまた、亜鉛とマンガンを含有するエナメルを製造するため、酸化マンガンの多いガラスに添加することができる。このようなエナメルは、自動車用グレージングの周囲表面として特に有用である。しかしながら、さらに本発明により、本発明に従った炉においてエナメルを直接製造することができる。

この組成物は、ヨーロッパ特許第0883579号明細書で記載されているように、自動車用グレージングのための黒色エナメルの組成に使用される場合がある。そうして、このフリットは、マンガンのエナメルを製造するため、(酸化物又は炭酸塩タイプの)マンガン誘導体に添加することができる。このようなエナメルは、自動車用グレージングの周囲表面として特に有用である。しかしながら、本発明はまた、本発明に従った炉によるマンガンエナメルの直接的な製造を可能とする。
Claims (18)
- 少なくとも2つのタンクを直列に含む炉において溶融することによりシリカを含む組成物を連続的に調製する方法であって、該タンクのそれぞれが溶融物中に浸漬された少なくとも1つのバーナーを含み、シリカとシリカ用融剤が第1タンクに導入される、方法。
- 前記シリカの少なくとも90%と、前記シリカ用融剤の少なくとも90%が前記第1タンクに導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炉が希釈剤を供給され、該希釈剤の少なくとも90%が該炉の第2タンクに導入されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1タンクが、前記炉の他の1つ又は複数のタンクよりも高い温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1タンクと前記他の1つ又は複数のタンクとの温度差が、少なくとも80℃であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1タンクが1230〜1350℃の温度に加熱され、前記他の1つ又は複数のタンクが最大1150℃の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 最終組成物が、SiO2を10〜70wt%、Na2Oを0.3〜30wt%、B2O3を5〜30wt%、並びにSi、Na及びB以外の金属の少なくとも1つの酸化物を0.3〜35wt%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記最終組成物が、SiO2を40〜70wt%、Na2Oを20〜30wt%、B2O3を5〜15wt%、並びにSi、Na及びB以外の金属の少なくとも1つの酸化物を3〜20wt%含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記金属が、クロム、コバルト、銅、ニッケル、セレン、ジルコニウム、チタン、マンガン、プラセオジム、鉄及び亜鉛から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属の少なくとも1つの酸化物が、前記炉の前記第2タンクに導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記炉が少なくとも3つのタンクを直列に含み、第2タンクが1000〜1150℃の温度に加熱され、第3タンクが900〜1000℃の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化物が複数の酸化状態を有し、前記第3タンクの1つ又は複数の浸漬バーナーが、該酸化物の酸化状態を前記第2タンクから該第3タンクへ進んだ後に高めるよう十分な酸化炎を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、カラーフリット、タイル用フリット又はエナメルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られたタイル用フリット。
- シリカを含む組成物を連続的に溶融するための炉であって、少なくとも2つのタンクを直列に含み、該タンクのそれぞれが溶融物中に浸漬された少なくとも1つのバーナーを含む、シリカを含む組成物を連続的に溶融するための炉。
- 少なくとも3つのタンクを直列に含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の炉。
- 前記タンクのうち2つがそれぞれ別の充填手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の炉。
- フィーダー又は仕上げ領域が後に続く請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の炉を含む、ガラス組成物を調製するためのプラント。
