Abstract
【解決手段】 水産廃棄物に醸造酢を加える添加工程S2と、この添加工程で醸造酢を加えた水産廃棄物を温める加温工程S3と、この加温工程で温めた水産廃棄物が液体と個体に分離するまで常温で静かに置く静置工程S4とを有する方法で、弱酸性または中性の性質を有し、アミノ酸が少なくとも5%以上含まれる液体肥料を製造する。醸造酢に含まれる酢酸でもって水産廃棄物が酢酸発酵され、タンパク質がアミノ酸に分解するので、アミノ酸入りの液体肥料を製造することができる。

Claims (2)
- 原料に水産廃棄物を用いた液体肥料であって、
弱酸性または中性の性質を有し、アミノ酸が少なくとも5%以上含まれることを特徴とする液体肥料。 - 原料に水産廃棄物を用いて、弱酸性または中性の性質を有し、アミノ酸が少なくとも5%以上含まれる液体肥料を製造する方法であって、
水産廃棄物に醸造酢を加える添加工程と、
前記添加工程で醸造酢を加えた水産廃棄物を温める加温工程と、
前記加温工程で温めた水産廃棄物が液体と個体に分離するまで常温で静かに置く静置工程とを有することを特徴とする液体肥料の製造方法。
