Abstract
【解決手段】籾の一側面に光を照射し、前記籾を透過した透過光から得られる透過光画像を得て、前記透過光画像の平均輝度値及び/又は検出画素数を算出し、前記透過光画像の平均輝度値及び/又は検出画素数を予め設定された閾値と比較して被害粒か否かを判定する方法であるため、生籾の状態で内部の斑点着色粒等の被害粒を非破壊的に判定することが可能である。また、収穫直後或いは流通前に品質判定を行うことにより高品質米を確保することができ、商品の差別化を行うことができる。

Claims (3)
- 籾の一側面に光を照射し、前記籾を透過した透過光から得られる透過光画像を得て、前記透過光画像の平均輝度値及び/又は検出画素数を算出し、前記透過光画像の平均輝度値及び/又は検出画素数を予め設定された閾値と比較して被害粒か否かを判定することを特徴とする生籾被害粒の非破壊判定方法。
- 前記透過光画像と前記籾の他側面に光を照射した反射光から得られる反射光画像を得て、前記透過光画像の平均輝度値又は検出画素数と前記反射光画像の平均輝度値又は検出画素数を算出し、前記透過光画像の平均輝度値又は検出画素数と前記反射光画像の平均輝度値又は検出画素数を予め設定された閾値と比較して被害粒か否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の生籾被害粒の非破壊判定方法。
- 籾を載置するステージと、前記ステージの下方に配設され前記籾に光を照射する第1の照射手段と、前記ステージの上方に配設され前記籾に光を照射する第2の照射手段と、前記第1及び第2の照射手段によって照射された前記籾を撮像する際、予め定められた波長域の透過光及び反射光を受光し透過光画像及び反射光画像を撮像する撮像手段と、前記撮像手段から送られる画像データを処理して平均輝度値及び/又は検出画素数を算出し、前記平均輝度値及び/又は検出画素数を予め設定された閾値と比較して被害粒か否かを判定する演算判定部とを備えていることを特徴とする生籾被害粒の非破壊判定装置。
