Abstract
【解決手段】注入可能な物質を収容した複数の容器13を測定装置に移送する操作が可能である容器移送装置において、複数の容器13を、それぞれの上端開口部を挟んで対向する位置に取り付けられた剛性のある懸垂部材19、19’で吊り下げて、別々に取り扱い可能に保持する保持装置10を有するとともに、この保持装置10に保持された容器13を次々に測定装置へ移送し、その後測定装置から取り出す手段を有するようにしたのである。

Claims (11)
- 注入可能な物質を収容した複数の容器(13)を測定装置に移送する操作が可能である容器移送装置において、
上記複数の容器(13)を、それぞれの上端開口部を挟んで対向する位置に取り付けられた剛性のある懸垂部材(19、19’)で吊り下げて、別々に取り扱い可能に保持する保持装置(10)を有するとともに、この保持装置(10)に保持された容器(13)を次々に上記測定装置へ移送し、その後上記測定装置から取り出す手段を有していることを特徴とする容器移送装置。 - 上記保持装置(10)が、その両側壁(14)に切込み(18)を設けた保持ラック(16)を有し、これらの両保持ラック(16)の切込み(18)に上記懸垂部材(19、19’)を係合させることにより、上記容器(13)を吊り下げた状態で保持するようにした請求項1に記載の容器移送装置。
- 上記懸垂部材(19、19’)が、上記容器(13)の周囲を部分的に包み込むソケット(23)と、傾斜面を外向きにした内側のコーン(25)と傾斜面を内向きにした外側のコーン(26)を有するロッド部材(24、24’)とから成る請求項2に記載の容器移送装置。
- 上記ロッド部材(24、24’)の少なくとも一方が、上記内側コーン(25)と外側コーン(26)の間に位置し、底面どうしで結合された二つのコーンから成るダブルコーン(27)を有し、上記ダブルコーン(27)の外側の傾斜面と外側コーン(26)の傾斜面を溝側面とする台形状断面の環状溝(28)が形成され、上記懸垂部材(19または19’)を上記環状溝(28)で上記保持ラック(16)の切込み(18)に係合させることにより、上記容器(13)をセルフセンタリング可能とするとともに、外乱により上記容器(13)が平衡状態から外れた場合の容器(13)の揺れが減衰されるようにした請求項3に記載の容器移送装置。
- 移送キャリッジ(8)と、上記移送キャリッジ(8)がその中を移動する移送チャンネル(5)とを有し、上記移送キャリッジ(8)が上記保持装置(10)のための座(12)を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の容器移送装置。
- 上記保持装置(10)の動きを案内する少なくとも一つの移送ラック(7)を有する請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の容器移送装置。
- 上記保持装置(10)と上記移送キャリッジ(8)の一方の位置を決定するように操作可能な位置センサを備えている請求項5または6に記載の容器移送装置。
- 駆動機構(35)と、ハウジング(2)と、少なくとも二本のボルト(52)を有する駆動輪(51)と、アーチ形切込み(61)を有する駆動ラック(36)を有し、上記駆動輪(51)を有する上記駆動機構(35)が上記ハウジング(2)に取り付けられ、上記駆動ラック(36)が上記移送キャリッジ(8)と上記保持装置(10)の一方に取り付けられ、上記ボルト(52)が上記駆動ラック(36)の上記アーチ形切込み(61)に係合するように構成されている請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の容器移送装置。
- 上記駆動ラック(36)と、上記移送ラック(7)と、上記保持ラック(16)が共通のピッチで形成されている請求項8に記載の容器移送装置。
- 上記保持装置(10)を直線経路に沿って案内する請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の容器移送装置。
- 上記保持装置(10)を円形経路に沿って案内する請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の容器移送装置。
