Claims (15)
- 連続配置した少なくとも2つの2軸押出機(10a、10b)の使用によるゴム(20)、炭化水素樹脂(22)および溶剤(26)を含有する組成物の連続製造方法。
- 第1押出機(10a)の初期区画から下流の少なくとも1つの地点で前記溶剤(26)を加える請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 連続配置した第1および第2押出機(10a、10b)の使用による請求項1または2記載の製造方法。
- 前記溶剤(26)を分けて、第1押出機(10a)の初期区画から下流の多数の地点および第2押出機(10b)に沿って配置された多数の地点で加える請求項3記載の製造方法。
- 溶剤(26)の画分を、前記第1押出機(10a)を出て行く前記組成物に、前記第2押出機(10b)に配置される前に、加える請求項4記載の製造方法。
- 前記ゴム(20)を、前記第1押出機(10a)の初期区画で加える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂(22)を、前記第1押出機(10a)の初期区画で加える請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂(22)の画分を、前記第1押出機(10a)の初期区画で加え、残りの画分を前記第1押出機(10a)の初期区画から下流の地点で加える請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1押出機(10a)のスクリューの回転速度が20〜300rpmであり、前記第2押出機(10b)のスクリューの回転速度が60〜600rpmである請求項3〜8のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記ゴム(20)が、天然ゴム、合成ゴムおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂(22)が粘着性付与性を有する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記溶剤(26)が、ペンタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、ジシクロプロパンおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの2軸押出機(10a、10b)が共回転型である請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの2軸押出機(10a、10b)の内の少なくとも1つが、スクリューの外径および内径の比が1.4〜2.0、好ましくは1.55〜1.8である請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2押出機(10b)中の前記組成物の温度が、前記第1押出機(10a)中の前記組成物の温度より低い請求項3〜14のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
