Claims (13)
- 下肢断端の収容部(100)のための固定手段(11)を有する上部(10)と、関節手段を介して前記上部(10)に旋回自在に結合されている下部(20)とを具備する、義肢の膝関節において、
前記義肢の膝関節は、ロック手段として作用する抵抗手段(30)を有し、この抵抗手段は、限定可能な角度範囲の内では、前記関節手段の屈曲を阻止し、前記限定可能な角度範囲の外では、前記下部(20)が屈曲方向に自由に旋回されることができることを特徴とする義肢の膝関節。 - 下肢断端の収容部(100)のための固定手段(11)を有する上部(10)と、関節手段を介して前記上部(10)に旋回自在に結合されている下部(20)と、伸展された位置で前記義肢の膝関節をロックするためのキャッチ手段(51,52,53,76,62)とを具備し、前記キャッチ手段(51,52,53,76,62)は、操作手段(50)によってロックされおよびロック解除されることができてなる義肢の膝関節において、
この義肢の膝関節は、限定可能な角度範囲の内では前記関節手段の屈曲に抵抗する抵抗手段(30)を有し、前記限定可能な角度範囲の外では、前記下部(20)は、屈曲方向で、自由に旋回されることができることを特徴とする義肢の膝関節。 - 前記下部(20)は、常にスムーズに伸展されることができることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の義肢の膝関節。
- 屈曲に対する抵抗は、ロックまで高められることができ、前記抵抗手段(30)は切換可能に形成されていることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載の義肢の膝関節。
- 前記抵抗手段(30)および/またはキャッチ手段は、操作手段(50)と連結されており、この操作手段によって、抵抗が増減されまたはロックが解除または阻止されることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載の義肢の膝関節。
- 前記操作手段(50)は、手動でまたはモータで駆動されることができることを特徴する請求項5に記載の義肢の膝関節。
- 前記操作手段(50)は、遠隔操作装置として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5また6に記載の義肢の膝関節。
- 前記抵抗手段(30)は、機械的な制御手段(70)に結合されており、この制御手段は、少なくとも1つのカムディスク(71)を有し、前記上部(10)の、前記下部(20)への屈曲角度に従って、前記抵抗手段(30)を切り換えることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載の義肢の膝関節。
- 前記抵抗手段(30)は、液圧ユニットまたは空気圧ユニットとして、摩擦カップリングまたは電磁カップリングとして、あるいは磁気流動的なまたは圧電的な作動原理に基づく手段として形成されていることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載の義肢の膝関節。
- 前記液圧ユニットまたは空気圧ユニットは、シリンダ(26)内で案内されるピストン(30´)内に設けられている制御可能な弁装置(60)を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の義肢の膝関節。
- 下肢断端の収容部(100)のための固定手段(11)を有する上部(10)と、関節手段を介して前記上部(10)に旋回自在に結合されている下部(20)と、伸展された位置で前記義肢の膝関節をロックするためのキャッチ手段(51,52,53,76,62)とを具備し、前記キャッチ手段(51,52,53,76,62)は、操作手段(50)によってロックされおよびロック解除されることができてなる義肢の膝関節において、
前記操作手段(50)は、遠隔操作により起動されることを特徴とする義肢の膝関節。 - 下肢断端の収容部(100)のための固定手段(11)を有する上部(10)と、関節手段を介して前記上部(10)に旋回自在に結合されている下部(20)と、伸展された位置で前記義肢の膝関節をロックするためのキャッチ手段(51,52,53,76,62)とを具備し、前記キャッチ手段(51,52,53,76,62)は、操作手段(50)によってロックされおよびロック解除されることができてなる義肢の膝関節において、
前記キャッチ手段(51,52,53,76,62)をロック解除の操作の後に時間的に遅延してロック解除しまたは再度ロックする遅延要素(384,385,386)が、前記キャッチ手段(51,52,53,76,62)に割り当てられていることを特徴とする義肢の膝関節。 - 前記遅延要素(38)は、リレーとして、弾性要素(386)および/または流動的な要素(385)としてあるいはアクチュエータを有する電子回路として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の義肢の膝関節。
