Abstract
【解決手段】 切断して予定長さの鉄製パイプを準備するパイプ準備工程30と、パイプ40の両端にそれぞれ縮小作業を行って、結合段12R、12Lを形成する、端部の収縮工程31と、連接段11の直径方向の両側より押し抜きを行って、施力孔13a、13bと、折り縁14a〜14dと、押し当て部15a〜15dを形成する、孔の押し抜き成型工程32と、結合段12R、12Lの結合孔121R,121Lの個所にねじ切り作業を行う工程33と、バリの除去を行う仕上げ工程34とを有する。

Description
鉄製パイプを予定長さに切断して、鉄製のパイプを準備する、パイプ準備工程と、
前記鉄製のパイプの両端をそれぞれ縮小する作業を行って、内部に結合孔を有する結合段を形成し、二つの結合段の間に連接段を相対的に形成する、端部の収縮工程と、
前記連接段の両側を押し抜きによって貫通した施力孔を形成し、連接段の施力孔の周縁に折り縁を作り、かつ押し抜き動作と同時に折り縁を折り曲げ、折り縁と連接段の折り曲げ個所には押し当て部を形成する、孔の押し抜き成型工程と、
前記結合段の結合孔の個所にねじを切る、ねじ切り工程と、
ばりの除去を行う仕上げ工程を有する。

Claims (9)
- 鉄製パイプを予定長さに切断して、鉄製のパイプを準備する、パイプ準備工程と、
前記鉄製のパイプの両端をそれぞれ縮小する作業を行って、内部に結合孔を有する結合段を形成し、二つの結合段の間に連接段を相対的に形成する、端部の収縮工程と、
前記連接段の両側を押し抜きによって貫通した施力孔を形成し、連接段の施力孔の周縁に折り縁を作り、かつ押し抜き動作と同時に折り縁を折り曲げ、折り縁と連接段の折り曲げ個所には押し当て部を形成する、孔の押し抜き成型工程と、
前記結合段の結合孔の個所にねじを切る、ねじ切り工程と、
ばりの除去を行う仕上げ工程を有するターンバックルの製造方法。 - 鉄製パイプを予定長さに切断して、鉄製のパイプを準備する、パイプ準備工程と、
前記鉄製のパイプの両端をそれぞれ縮小する作業を行って、内部に結合孔を有する結合段を形成し、二つの結合段の間に連接段を相対的に形成する、端部の収縮工程と、
前記結合段の結合孔の個所にねじを切る、ねじ切り工程と、
前記連接段の両側を押し抜きによって貫通した施力孔を形成し、連接段の施力孔の周縁に折り縁を作り、かつ押し抜き動作と同時に折り縁を折り曲げ、折り縁と連接段の折り曲げ個所には押し当て部を形成する、孔の押し抜き成型工程と、
ばりの除去を行う仕上げ工程を有するターンバックルの製造方法。 - 前記鉄製のパイプは、円形である請求項1または2記載のターンバックルの製造方法。
- 前記折り縁は、平行に延伸するように形成される請求項1または2記載のターンバックルの製造方法。
- 両端にそれぞれ結合段が設けられ、且つ、貫通した施力孔が設けられ、施力孔の周縁に折り縁が形成され、並びに折り縁と連接段の折り曲げ個所には押し当て部が形成され、折り縁と連接段の間には空間が保持されてある連接段と、
前記施力孔に連通する結合孔が設けられ、該結合孔内にねじが設けてある結合段とを含むターンバックル。 - 前記結合段の直径は、前記連結段の直径より小さい請求項5記載のターンバックル。
- 前記連接段は、中空のパイプである請求項5記載のターンバックル。
- 前記折り縁は、平行に延伸する請求項5記載のターンバックル。
- 前記二つの結合孔のねじは、逆方向に設けられてあることを特徴とする請求項5記載のターンバックル。
