Abstract
【解決手段】減圧ドリップの排出部に、ドリップの高さより高く上向突起を形成する第1段階と、前記ドリップをドリップ減圧ホースの内側に融着する時、ドリップの上向突起によってドリップ減圧ホースに突出部が形成されるようにする第2段階と、前記第2段階によってドリップ減圧ホースに形成された突出部の上部を水平切断してドリップ減圧ホースの噴出孔を形成する第3段階、とから成ることによって、減圧ドリップ間の間隔を正確に合わせたり、ドリップ減圧ホースの移送速度とパンチホイールの回転速度を正確に合わせる作業の難しさ及び煩わしさなく、より簡便にドリップ減圧ホースの噴出孔を減圧ドリップの排出部上に正確に穿孔することができるという効果を有することになる。

Claims (6)
- ドリップ減圧ホースの内側に融着され、流入部と減圧部及び排出部を有するドリップの排出部上のドリップ減圧ホースに噴出孔を形成する用水道管の穿孔方法において、
前記ドリップの排出部に、ドリップの高さより高く上向突起を形成する第1段階と、
前記ドリップをドリップ減圧ホースの内側に融着する時、ドリップの上向突起によってドリップ減圧ホースに突出部が形成されるようにする第2段階と、
前記第2段階によってドリップ減圧ホースに形成された突出部の上部を水平切断してドリップ減圧ホースの噴出孔を形成する第3段階、とから成ることを特徴とする用水道管の穿孔方法。 - 前記ドリップは、流入部と減圧部及び排出部から成る一つのドリップ胴体で形成され、ドリップ減圧ホースの内側に一定間隔をおいて多数融着されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の用水道管の穿孔方法。
- 前記ドリップは、流入部と減圧部及び排出部が一組を成して帯形態を成すドリップ胴体に連続形成される減圧帯ドリップで構成され、ドリップ減圧ホースの内側に融着されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の用水道管の穿孔方法。
- ドリップ減圧ホースの内側に融着され、流入部と減圧部及び排出部を有するドリップの排出部上のドリップ減圧ホースに噴出孔を形成する用水道管の穿孔方法において、
前記ドリップの排出部に、ドリップと同一の高さを有する上部突起と、その下部側に下部突起とを形成する第1段階と、
前記上、下部突起を有するドリップをドリップ減圧ホースの内側に融着させた後、ドリップ減圧ホースを上、下部が重なるように畳む時、ドリップ減圧ホースの下部面が下部突起を上部側に押し上げてドリップ減圧ホースに上部突起による突出部が形成されるようにする第2段階と、
前記第2段階によってドリップ減圧ホースに形成された突出部の上部を水平切断してドリップ減圧ホースの噴出孔を形成する第3段階、とから成ることを特徴とする用水道管の穿孔方法。 - 前記ドリップは、流入部と減圧部及び排出部から成る一つのドリップ胴体で形成され、ドリップ減圧ホースの内側に一定間隔をおいて多数融着されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の用水道管の穿孔方法。
- 前記ドリップは、流入部と減圧部及び排出部が一組を成して帯形態を成すドリップ胴体に連続形成される減圧帯ドリップで構成され、ドリップ減圧ホースの内側に融着されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の用水道管の穿孔方法。
