Claims (8)
- 膨張可能な装置に対する空気供給をコントロールするためのロータリーバルブであって、
平面状表面と、前記膨張可能な装置にコミュニケーションする若干のポートと、空気源に接続する他方のポートと、を有する固定子部材と、
平面状表面を有し、前記固定子の平面状表面と向かい合って回転可能に接触している、ポートとチャネルを有し、前記固定子と接触する時に、前記他方のポートより空気が供給される第一の回転子部材と、
平面状表面を有し、前記第一の回転子部材と向かい合って回転可能に接触している、チャネルとポートを有する第二の回転子部材と、
前記第一と第二の回転子を回転させる少なくとも一つの駆動手段と、
前記装置に対する供給空気の継続期間を駆動しコントロールする制御手段と、を備えるロータリーバルブ。 - 単一の駆動手段により、前記2つの回転子部材を互いに対し回転させるとともに、前記固定子部材を回転させる、請求項1に記載のロータリーバルブ。
- 前記固定子部材に対して前記第一の回転子部材を駆動させる前記駆動手段は、さらに前記第二の回転子部材を駆動させることができ、
前記回転子部材の一方におけるアームが前記バルブ体に固定した移動止めに抗することによって、前記回転子部材と前記アームが止められるが、他方の回転子部材が回転を続ける、請求項2に記載のロータリーバルブ。 - 前記回転子部材の相対移動する間において、大気中に空気が排出されることができるように、ある位置において前記第一と第二の回転子の間の密封状態が解除されることが可能になる、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載のロータリーバルブ。
- 前記回転子部材の相対移動により、全ての前記ポートが前記バルブ部材の一つの位置において密封され、全ての前記ポートがもう一つの位置において大気中に排気する、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載のロータリーバルブ。
- 膨張可能な装置に対する空気供給をコントロールするためのロータリーバルブであって、
固定子部材と、
前記固定子部材と向かい合って回転可能に接触している、その外周表面に歯状の輪郭を具備する回転子部材と、
前記回転子部材を駆動させる駆動手段と、を備え、
前記駆動手段は、前記回転子部材を駆動させるように、前記回転子部材の歯状の輪郭と連携して動作するロータリーバルブ。 - 前記駆動手段は、前記モータを駆動させるように、前記回転子部材の歯状の輪郭と連携して動作するベルトを含む、請求項6に記載のロータリーバルブ。
- 前記回転子部材のギヤの歯の輪郭は、前記回転子主体と一体になった部分である、請求項6または請求項7に記載のロータリーバルブ。
