Abstract
【解決手段】電波吸収材100は、W型六方晶フェライトの粉体12と、マトリックス14とを含有し、マトリックス14中に中空状の粉体16が含まれる。W型六方晶フェライトの粉体12は組成式が CoxMe2-xBaFe16O27 で示され、Meは2価の金属イオン状態となり得る金属、Mg, Mn, Fe, Ni, CuおよびZnから選ばれた1種または2種以上である。また、xは 0.6≦x≦1.7 の範囲である。

Description
組成式が CoxMe2-xBaFe16O27 で示されるW型六方晶フェライトの粉体と、マトリックスとを含有する電波吸収材であって、
前記Meは2価の金属の1種または2種以上であり、前記xは 0.6≦x≦1.7 であり、前記マトリックスの中に中空状の粉体が含まれることを特徴とする。
上記電波吸収材からなり、平板状であって、6〜15GHzの周波数範囲において10dB以上の電波吸収特性を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 組成式が CoxMe2-xBaFe16O27 で示されるW型六方晶フェライトの粉体と、マトリックスとを含有する電波吸収材であって、
前記Meは2価の金属の1種または2種以上であり、前記xは 0.6≦x≦1.7 であり、前記マトリックスの中に中空状の粉体が含まれることを特徴とする電波吸収材。 - 請求項1に記載の電波吸収材において、前記MeはZnであり、前記xは 0.6≦x≦1.1 であることを特徴とする電波吸収材。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の電波吸収材において、少なくとも電波吸収の対象となる周波数範囲において、比誘電率が5.5以下であることを特徴とする電波吸収材。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電波吸収材からなり、平板状であって、6〜15GHzの周波数範囲において10dB以上の電波吸収特性を有することを特徴とする電波吸収体。
- 請求項4に記載の電波吸収体において、さらに、8〜12.5GHzの周波数範囲において20dB以上の電波吸収特性を有することを特徴とする電波吸収体。
- 請求項4に記載の電波吸収体において、さらに、7〜14GHzの周波数範囲において15dB以上の電波吸収特性を有することを特徴とする電波吸収体。
