Abstract
【解決手段】 実質的にPbOを含まず、質量%で表して、SiO2 12〜35、B2O3 3〜20、Bi2O3 35〜75、Li2O,Na2O,K2Oのうちから選択される少なくとも一種 0〜8、からなることを特徴とする、耐酸性を有する無鉛低融点ガラス。または該ガラス粉末とセラミックス粉末のフィラーからなることを特徴とする無鉛低融点ガラス組成物。

Description
以下、実施例に基づき、説明する。
SiO2源として微粉珪砂を、B2O3源としてほう酸を、ZnO源として亜鉛華を、Bi2O3源として酸化ビスマスを、Al2O3源として酸化アルミニウムを、Li2O源として炭酸リチウムを、K2O源として炭酸カリウムを、Na2O源として炭酸ナトリウムを、ZrO2源として酸化ジルコニウムを、BaO源として炭酸バリウムを、CaO源として炭酸カルシウムを、SrO源として炭酸ストロンチウムを使用した。これらを所望の低融点ガラス組成となるべく調合したうえで、白金ルツボに投入し、電気加熱炉内で1000〜1300℃、1〜2時間で加熱溶融して表1の実施例1〜8、表2の比較例1〜6に示す組成のガラスを得た。
低融点ガラス組成および、各種試験結果を表に示す。
Claims (9)
- 質量%で表して、
SiO2 12〜35
B2O3 3〜20
Bi2O3 35〜75
Li2O,Na2O,K2Oのうちから選択される少なくとも一種 0〜8
からなることを特徴とする、耐酸性を有する無鉛低融点ガラス。 - 質量%で、ZnOを0〜2含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐酸性を有する無鉛低融点ガラス。
- 質量%で、ZrO2を0〜5含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の耐酸性を有する無鉛低融点ガラス。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガラス材料の粉末とセラミックス粉末のフィラーからなることを特徴とする無鉛低融点ガラス組成物。
- ガラス材料の粉末が60〜99質量%でセラミックス粉末のフィラーが1〜40質量%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無鉛低融点ガラス組成物。
- 30℃〜300℃における熱膨張係数が(65〜95)×10−7/℃、軟化点が500℃以上600℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の、耐酸性を有する無鉛低融点ガラス組成物。
- 請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項の無鉛低融点ガラス組成物を使用することを特徴とする電界放出型ディスプレイ用パネル。
- 請求項4乃至6のいずれかの1項の無鉛低融点ガラス組成物を使用することを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイ用パネル。
- 請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項の無鉛低融点ガラス組成物を使用することを特徴とする電子材料用基板。
