Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス粒子に基づく充填材であって、このガラス粒子は、表面上に塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーを含むことを特徴とし、このガラス粒子の表面は、上記塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで少なくとも部分的に覆われ、この塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーは、30,000〜130,000の範囲の数平均分子量Mnを有し得る。

Description
(a)1〜85wt%の項目1〜16または20のいずれか1項に記載の充填材、
(b)ラジカル重合のための0.1〜5.0wt%の開始剤、および
(c)1〜70wt%の1つ以上の酸基を含まないラジカル重合可能なモノマーを、各場合で、上記歯科材料の総重量に対して含む、歯科材料。
表面上に塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーを含むガラス粒子に基づく充填材、その調製のためのプロセス、および歯科材料としてのその使用。
(a)その好ましい実施形態を含む上記に記載の本発明による1〜85wt%、特に5.0〜50wt%の充填材、
(b)ラジカル重合のための0.1〜5.0wt%、特に0.2〜2.0wt%の開始剤、
(c)1〜70wt%、特に5.0〜40wt%の1つ以上の酸基を含まないラジカル重合可能なモノマーを含む。
(d)1〜30wt%、特に3.0〜20wt%の1つ以上の酸基含有ラジカル重合可能なモノマーをさらに含む。
1.5μmの重量−平均粒子サイズd50をもつ、ケイ酸バリウム−アルミニウムガラス(Schott AG、Mainz;組成:55wt%SiO2、25wt%BaO、10wt%B2O3および10wt%Al2O3)からなる93gのガラス粒子を、5gの3−(メタクリロイルオキシ)−プロピルトリメトキシトランおよび2gの水の添加でシラン化した。ガラス充填材を、最初、Turbularミキサー(軌道ミキサー)中に導入し、次に水を添加し、そして混合した。シランを、次いで、添加し、そして混合を一晩行った。ガラス充填材を次いで篩(メッシュサイズ200μm)を通してスクリーニングし、そして50℃で48時間乾燥した。このガラス充填材を最後に、90μmのメッシュサイズをもつ篩を通してスクリーニングした。シラン化の後、燃焼損失に対応する有機物含量は、2.8wt%であった。3.9m2/gの値は、慣用のBET法(ISO 9277:1995)を用いて、ガラス充填材の比表面について決定された。この比表面は、サンプルを減圧(10mbar未満)下、105℃で18時間脱気した後、6つの測定点を用い、Quantachrome NOVA 2200eを用いたN2吸収により測定された。X線蛍光分析(XRF)は、このガラス充填材中に塩素を検出しなかった。
参照実施例1からのシラン化ガラス充填材の60gを、THF中、ポリ塩化ビニル(Aldrich;Mn約35000)の5.0wt%溶液の300g中に30分間分散し、そして次に濾過した。粉末を、ロータリーエバポレーター上40℃で5時間乾燥し、凝集体を分離し、そして90μmのメッシュサイズをもつスクリーン上で篩い分けを行った。燃焼損失を経由して決定された有機物含量は、4.9wt%である。BETによって測定されたガラス充填材の比表面(参照実施例1中に記載のように決定された)は、4.0m2/gであった。XRFは1.3%のCl含量を生成し、これは、2.3%のPVC含量に対応する。

*イソ充填材は、所望の粒子サイズまで砕かれた熱硬化コンポジット充填材であり、以下:ビス−GMA(8.80wt%)、UDMA(6.60wt%)、1,10−デカンジオールジメタクリレート(5.93wt%)、ジベンゾイルペルオキシド+2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノール(合計0.67wt%)、ガラス充填材、平均粒子サイズ0.4μm(53.0wt%)およびYbF3(25.0wt%)から調製される。
**Bentone(登録商標)38(Rheox Inc,Hightown、USA)は、有機的に改変されたMg層のケイ酸塩(ヘクトライト)であり、そして12.5%分散物として樹脂マトリックス中に導入された。

これら2つのコンポジットの比較は、PVC被覆が機械的性質に不利な影響に至らないことを示す。
Claims (26)
- ガラス粒子に基づく充填材であって、該ガラス粒子が、表面上に塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、充填材。
- 前記ガラス粒子の表面が、前記塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで少なくとも部分的に覆われる、請求項1に記載の充填材。
- 前記塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーが、30,000〜130,000の範囲の数平均分子量Mnを有する、請求項1または2に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、ケイ酸ガラスである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、酸化バリウムおよび/または酸化ストロンチウムを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、15〜35wt%の酸化バリウムおよび/または15〜25wt%の酸化ストロンチウムを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 微粉化形態にある前記ガラスが、水中に分散されるとき、アルカリ反応を示す、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、1wt%未満のフッ素含量を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、X線不透過性である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、ケイ酸バリウムガラスまたはケイ酸ストロンチウムガラスである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、40〜60wt%のSiO2、10〜15wt%のAl2O3、10〜20wt%のB2O3および15〜35wt%のBaOを含む、請求項10に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、40〜60wt%のSiO2、10〜15wt%のAl2O3、10〜20wt%のB2O3、0〜3wt%のBaOおよび15〜25wt%のSrOを含む、請求項10に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラスが、シラン化されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラス粒子が、その表面上に、少なくとも80モル%の重合塩化ビニルユニットおよび20モル%までの1つ以上のコモノマーの重合ユニットを含む、ポリ塩化ビニルまたは塩化ビニルのコポリマーを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーのない前記ガラス粒子が、0.01〜10μmの平均粒子サイズを有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- 前記ガラス粒子が、ISO 9277:1995によるBET法を用いて決定された、1〜30m2/gの比表面を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の充填材。
- ガラス粒子に基づく充填材の調製のためのプロセスであって、ガラス粒子が、有機溶媒中の塩化ビニルのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーの溶液中に分散され、そして該溶媒が次いで除去される、プロセス。
- 前記有機溶媒が、環状ケトン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、テトラヒドロフランおよびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ガラス、前記ガラス粒子および/または前記塩化ビニルのコポリマーが、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に規定されるような、請求項17または18に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスによって得られ得る、充填材。
- 請求項1〜16または20のいずれか1項に記載の充填材を含むことを特徴とする、歯科材料。
- 請求項21に記載の歯科材料であって、
(a)1〜85wt%の請求項1〜16または20のいずれか1項に記載の充填材、
(b)ラジカル重合のための0.1〜5.0wt%の開始剤、および
(c)1〜70wt%の1つ以上の酸基を含まないラジカル重合可能なモノマーを、各場合で、該歯科材料の総重量に対して含む、歯科材料。 - (d)1〜30wt%の1つ以上の酸基含有ラジカル重合可能なモノマーをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の歯科材料。
- 歯科材料の調製のための、請求項1〜17または20のいずれか1項に記載の充填材の使用。
- 前記歯科材料が、自己接着性コンポジットである、請求項24に記載の充填材の使用。
- 歯科材料の貯蔵安定性を改善するための、請求項1〜17または20のいずれか1項に記載の充填材の使用。
