Claims (10)
- 計量弁(40)であって、
入口(86)と出口(88)とを有する弁本体(68)と、
入口と出口との間の弁本体内に配置され、ノーズ端部(76a)とチャンバ端部(76b)とを有し、かつ流体が入口から出口に流れる流れ通過位置と、入口と出口との間の流体流が遮断される流れ遮断位置との間で移動可能である、主ポペット(76)と、
主ポペットのチャンバ端部をドレン部(34)と選択的に連通させ、これによって、流れ通過位置と流れ遮断位置との間の主ポペットの移動に作用するように移動可能なパイロット要素(74)と、
パイロット要素を移動するように動作可能なソレノイド機構(72)とを備え、
パイロット要素の位置が、入口の流体圧力によって作用される、計量弁。 - ソレノイド機構が、パイロット要素を所定値だけ移動させ、これによって、主ポペットを所定値だけ移動させるように動作可能であり、
所定値が入口の想定流体圧力に基づく、請求項1に記載の計量弁。 - パイロット要素が、入口から出口への略一定の流体流量を維持するように、入口の流体圧力に応答して移動可能である、請求項2に記載の計量弁。
- パイロット弁要素を通して延在する中心穴(120)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の計量弁。
- ソレノイド機構が、
電磁石コイル(98)と、
電機子(100)と、
電機子に接続されたピン要素(110)と、
電機子とピン要素とを通して延在し、かつパイロット弁要素の中心穴と連通する中心穴(112)と、
を含む請求項4に記載の計量弁。 - 主ポペットを通して延在し、かつパイロット弁要素の中心穴と連通する中心穴(138)と、
主ポペットの中心穴内に配置された逆止弁要素(136)と、
をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の計量弁。 - 計量弁(40)を作動する方法であって、
加圧流体流を計量弁の主ポペット(76)に導くステップと、
電子的にパイロット要素(74)を移動させて、主ポペットを所定位置に油圧式に移動させ、加圧流体が所望の量で計量弁を通って流れることを可能にするステップと、
流体の圧力に応答してパイロット要素の位置を自動的に油圧調整して、計量弁を通る所望の流量を維持するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 所定位置が想定流体圧力に基づく、請求項7に記載の方法。
- パイロット弁要素の移動中に、流体がパイロット弁要素を通過することを可能にするステップと、
流体が主ポペットを通過することを可能にするステップと、
主ポペットを通る流体流を単一の流れ方向に制限するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 作業機械(10)であって、
作業器具(14)と、
作業器具を移動させるように動作的に連結され、かつ少なくとも1つのチャンバ(50)を有する油圧シリンダ(16)と、
少なくとも1つのチャンバと連通する加圧流体源(24)と、
加圧流体を少なくとも1つのチャンバ内に計量供給するように構成される請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の計量弁(40)と
を備えた作業機械。
