Abstract
Description
・ポリフルオロアルカン酸X(CF2)nCO2H、ポリフルオロアルキル二水素ホスフェートX(CF2)nCH2OPO(OH)2[X(CF2)nCH2OHとP2O5又はPOCl3とから得ることができる]及びそれらのNH4又はアルカリ金属塩;
・ポリフルオロアルキル水素サルフェートX(CF2)nCH2OSO3H及びそれらのNH4又はアルカリ金属塩;
・ポリフルオロアルカンホスホン酸H(CF2)nPO(OH)2[フリーラジカル生成用触媒の存在下でC2F4とジアルキルホスファイトとから、次いで加水分解によって得ることができる]及びそれらのNH4又はNa塩。
本発明は、水性反応媒体中でのフルオロポリマーの製造方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1種のラジカル開始剤と少なくとも1種の非フッ素化界面活性剤と少なくとも1種のフルオロモノマーとを含む水性エマルションを形成させ;そして
(b)前記フルオロモノマーの重合を開始させる:
ことを含み、
前記非フッ素化界面活性剤がポリビニルホスホン酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルスルホン酸及びそれらの塩より成る群から選択される、前記製造方法に関する。
本発明は、界面活性剤ポリビニルホスホン酸、ポリアクリル酸及び/又はポリビニルスルホン酸又はそれらの塩を界面活性剤として用いるフルオロポリマーの重合に関する。
Claims (11)
- 水性反応媒体中でのポリマーの製造方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1種のラジカル開始剤と少なくとも1種の非フッ素化界面活性剤と少なくとも1種のモノマーとを含む水性エマルションを形成させ;そして
(b)前記モノマーの重合を開始させる:
ことを含み、
前記非フッ素化界面活性剤がポリビニルホスホン酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルスルホン酸及びそれらの塩より成る群から選択される、前記製造方法。 - 前記ポリマーがフルオロポリマーを含み且つ前記の少なくとも1種のモノマーが少なくとも1種のフルオロモノマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非フッ素化界面活性剤がアンモニウム塩又はナトリウム塩の形にある、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアクリル酸がポリアクリル酸又はポリメタクリル酸又はそれらの塩である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記のポリビニルホスホン酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルスルホン酸又はそれらの塩をモノマーの総重量を基準として0.001〜2.0%存在させる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記のポリビニルホスホン酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルスルホン酸又はそれらの塩をモノマーの総重量を基準として0.005〜0.5%存在させる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のフルオロモノマーがフッ化ビニリデン、テトラフルオロエチレン、トリフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロペン、クロロトリフルオロエチレン、フッ化ビニル及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される、請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記の少なくとも1種のフルオロモノマーがフッ化ビニリデンを含む、請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマーがテトラフルオロエチレン、トリフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロペン、クロロトリフルオロエチレン、フッ化ビニル及びそれらの組合せより成る群から選択される少なくとも1種のコモノマーを含むフッ化ビニリデンコポリマーである、請求項2〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- (a)少なくとも1種のラジカル開始剤;
(b)少なくとも1種の非フッ素化界面活性剤;及び
(c)少なくとも1種のフルオロポリマー:
を含み、前記非フッ素化界面活性剤がポリホスホン酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルスルホン酸及びそれらの塩より成る群から選択される、水性フルオロポリマー組成物。 - フルオロポリマーと、フルオロポリマーの重量を基準として0.001〜2.0%のポリビニルホスホン酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルスルホン酸及びそれらの塩より成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の非フッ素化界面活性剤とを含む、フルオロポリマー樹脂組成物。
