  The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a base plate in a rack for storing various devices that allow rails to be mounted on mount angles arranged at the front and rear of the rack, and a base plate for mounting the devices on the rails.

  Racks for storing communication devices and the like are provided with mount angles at four corners for mounting the devices and attaching base plates on which the devices are placed. The rack-mount type device is fixed to the mount angle as it is, and when the base plate is attached, the L-type rail is passed to the front and rear mount angles, and the base plate is supported on the L-type rail.

The L-shaped rail is composed of a mounting portion for mounting angle and a support portion for supporting the base plate, and the fixing portion is provided with a fixing hole.   The rail 5 is passed to the front and rear mount angles 3 and fixed with screws 15. The base plate 2 is inserted from the front side of the rack 1, the locking hole 14 b of the base plate 2 is hooked on the locking projection 10 b provided on the rear side of the rail 5 before the front side, and the front side side is engaged while pulling to the front side. The locking hole 14a is hung on the stop protrusion 10a. After the locking claw 11 is securely locked in the locking hole 14 a, the front-side screw 15 that was temporarily fixed is tightened to fix the rail 5 to the mount angle 3. Thus, the base plate 2 cannot be detached from the base plate 2 and the base plate 2 is also fixed to the rail 5.
