Abstract
【解決手段】電極ロールが収納されるカンと、前記カンの開口部に設置されるキャップアセンブリと、キャップアセンブリに設けられた電解液注入口と、前記電解液注入口を密閉し、カンの内部圧力が上昇した場合に破断される安全部材と、を備え、前記安全部材は、前記電解液注入口に挿入されて溶接されている、二次電池が提供される。

Claims (6)
- 電極ロールが収納されるカンと、
前記カンの開口部に設置されるキャップアセンブリと、
キャップアセンブリに設けられた電解液注入口と、
前記電解液注入口を密閉し、カンの内部圧力が上昇した場合に破断される安全部材と、
を備え、
前記安全部材は、前記電解液注入口に挿入されて溶接されている
ことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記安全部材は、約10〜30kgfの圧力で破断される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記安全部材は、アルミニウム、ニッケル、ステンレス鋼およびニッケル塗金鋼板からなる群より選ばれる材料で作製される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解液注入口は、前記キャップアセンブリの陰極部に設けられる
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記安全部材は、前記陰極部より薄いか、強度が弱い材質で形成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記安全部材は、前記陰極部と同じ材質で形成され、前記安全部材には複数の溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
