Abstract
Description
本発明は、内燃機関の排気ガス装置のための酸化触媒コンバータの手前において燃料を調量するための調量装置に関する。燃料供給方向で燃料供給装置の後ろ(下流側)で調量ユニット内に弁及び噴射ノズルが組み込まれており、調量ユニット及び/又は調量弁の領域内に、圧力変動を減衰するための少なくとも1つの装置が設けられている。この装置は、減衰部材、拡張部材、容器又は追加体積であってよい。調量装置若しくは排気ガス装置内に発生する圧力ピーク若しくは圧力信号は、前記減衰装置によって、個別の構成部材が損傷を受けることがない程度に、最小化される。つまり、圧力ピークは、個別のセンサに作用し、それによって検知される程度に、強く減少される。しかも、本発明の装置によって、調量ユニットの平均的な圧力レベルを適合させることができるか若しくは減少させることができる。また、調量ユニットの規格条件、並びにディーゼル粒子フィルタの前の排気ガスシステム内に燃料を噴射するための噴射弁の規格条件を満たすために、調量ユニットの前に接続された(前置接続された)流入絞りを介して圧力変化を適当に減衰することができる。
Claims (14)
- 内燃機関(10)のエクゾーストマニホールド(36)内で酸化触媒コンバータ(42)の手前において燃料を調量するための調量装置であって、燃料供給装置(72)の後ろで調量ユニット(48)の管路内に弁(54)及び噴射ノズル(40)が組み込まれており、該調量ユニット(48)から第1のオーバーフロー弁(80)を有するリターンライン(82)が分岐している形式のものにおいて、
前記弁(54)の下流側に、調量ユニット(48)の平均的な圧力レベルを制御する制御弁(90)を備えた、前記リターンライン(82)とは別のリターンライン(88)が配置されていることを特徴とする、燃料を調量するための調量装置。 - 前記弁(54)の下流側に調量弁(56)が配置されている、請求項1記載の調量装置。
- 前記弁(54)と前記調量弁(56)との間に、前記リターンライン(82)とは別のリターンライン(88)が配置されている、請求項2記載の調量装置。
- 燃料特にディーゼル燃料のための供給装置(72)の後ろで、調量ユニット(48)の前に、絞り箇所(76)が接続されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 圧力変動を減衰するための装置(78,84)が調量ユニット(48)の管路システム内に組み込まれている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 調量ユニット(48)が、第1のオーバーフロー弁(80)を有するリターンライン(82)を介して自動車の収集容器(74)に接続されていて、リターンライン(82)の接続箇所の後ろの下流側に、圧力変動を減衰するための装置(78,84)を有する閉鎖弁(54)及び/又は調量ユニット(48)を備えている、請求項5記載の調量装置。
- 圧力変動を減衰するための装置(78,84)が、少なくとも1つのダンパ絞り(84)及び/又は、調量ユニット(48)に配設された室又は調量ユニット(48)の管路システム内の拡張部を有している、請求項5記載の調量装置。
- 絞り箇所としての流入絞り(76)が、下流側においてリターンフロー(82)との接続箇所の後ろで閉鎖弁(54)の前に設けられていて、ダンパ絞り(84)が閉鎖弁(54)と調量弁(56)との間の調量ユニット(48)内に設けられている、請求項2,4又は7のいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 圧力変動を減衰するための装置(78,84)が、閉鎖弁(54)と調量弁(56)との間で調量ユニット(48)内に組み込まれている、請求項2又は5記載の調量装置。
- 圧力変動を減衰するための、追加的な燃料体積を収容する拡張部又は容器としてとして構成された装置(78,84)が、弁ブロックの一部又は調量ユニット(48)の管路システムの一部である、請求項7記載の調量装置。
- 調量ユニット(48)内において閉鎖弁(54)の後ろで調量弁(56)の前に少なくとも1つの第1の圧力センサ(50)が設けられていて、該第1の圧力センサ(50)が、圧力変動を減衰するための装置(78,84)と作用接続している、請求項2又は5記載の調量装置。
- 閉鎖弁(54)と調量弁(56)との間で、少なくとも1つの絞り箇所(54)が第1の圧力センサ(50)に接続されていて、該第1の圧力センサ(50)が、圧力変動を減衰するための装置と作用接続している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 閉鎖弁(54)と調量弁(56)又は圧力ダンパ(78)との間に、第2のオーバーフロー弁(90)を備えた並列リターンライン(88)が延在している、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 噴射ノズル(40)が噴射弁として構成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
