Abstract
【解決手段】本発明にかかる光学活性含フッ素オキセテンの製造方法は、含フッ素α−ケトエステルと内部アルキンとを、光学活性な配位子を有する遷移金属錯体の存在下に反応させることを特徴とするものである。
本発明の製造方法を採用することにより、比較的少ない不斉触媒量でも、光学活性含フッ素オキセテンを高い位置選択性で、さらに高い立体選択性(高い光学純度)で収率良く得ることができる。さらに、得られた光学活性含フッ素オキセテンは、種々の有用な中間体に変換することもできる。

で示される内部アルキンとを、光学活性な配位子を有する遷移金属錯体の存在下に反応させることにより、一般式[3]:
で示される光学活性含フッ素オキセテンを製造する方法。
で示される内部アルキンとを、光学活性な配位子を有する2価カチオン性の遷移金属錯体の存在下に反応させることにより、一般式[6]:
で示される光学活性含フッ素オキセテンを製造する方法。
光学活性な配位子を有する2価カチオン性の遷移金属錯体が、光学活性な配位子を有する2価カチオン性のパラジウム錯体であることを特徴とする、発明1または2に記載の方法。

- 一般式[1]:
[式[1]中、Rfはパーフルオロアルキル基を表し、R1はアルキル基を表す。]
で示される含フッ素α−ケトエステルと、一般式[2]:
[式[2]中、R2およびR3はそれぞれ独立にハロゲン原子、アルキル基、置換アルキル基、芳香環基、置換芳香環基、核酸塩基、置換核酸塩基、アルコキシカルボニル基または置換アルコキシカルボニル基を表す。]
で示される内部アルキンとを、光学活性な配位子を有する遷移金属錯体の存在下に反応させることにより、一般式[3]:
[式[3]中、Rf、R1、R2およびR3は上記と同じ置換基を表し、*は不斉炭素を表す。]
で示される光学活性含フッ素オキセテンを製造する方法。 - 一般式[4]:
[式[4]中、R4はメチル基またはエチル基を表す。]
で示される含フッ素α−ケトエステルと、一般式[5]:
[式[5]中、R5は芳香環基、置換芳香環基、核酸塩基または置換核酸塩基を表し、R6はハロゲン原子、アルキル基、置換アルキル基、芳香環基、置換芳香環基、核酸塩基、置換核酸塩基、アルコキシカルボニル基または置換アルコキシカルボニル基を表す。]
で示される内部アルキンとを、光学活性な配位子を有する2価カチオン性の遷移金属錯体の存在下に反応させることにより、一般式[6]:
