Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス9は、一又は複数本の導電路を備えるとともに、この導電路の外装部材16として複数本の管状の先付外装部材20を含み、隣り合う先付外装部材20同士を後付となる光硬化性固定部材21にて繋いでなる。ワイヤハーネスは、光硬化性固定部材21を設ける前の状態において、隣り合う先付外装部材20同士の間で導電路を曲げ可能にする。ワイヤハーネス9は、曲げ可能な状態から光硬化性固定部材21を硬化させて隣り合う先付外装部材20同士を繋ぐと、所望の形状に保持された状態になる。

Claims (5)
- 一又は複数本の導電路の外装部材として、前記導電路に先通しする複数本の管状の先付外装部材を含み、隣り合う前記先付外装部材同士を後付となる水硬化性固定部材又は光硬化性固定部材にて繋いでなる
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記水硬化性固定部材又は前記光硬化性固定部材を前記外装部材の屈曲部として形成する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記水硬化性固定部材又は前記光硬化性固定部材を前記導電路に対し直接又は間接的に密着させつつ繋いでなる
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 複数本の管状の先付外装部材に一又は複数本の導電路を先通しする第一工程と、隣り合う前記先付外装部材同士を後付となる水硬化性固定部材又は光硬化性固定部材にて繋ぐ第二工程とを含む
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法において、
前記第二工程をワイヤハーネス搬送後のワイヤハーネス配索作業時に行う
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
